KFC here in the UK has been totally usurped by local 'knock off' chains like Favourite, Best Chicken, Dixy etc that offer cheaper, better value options plus recently the influx of the American chains like Popeyes, Wingstop and Wendys. I used to love the Zinger burger but now their chicken just tastes dry, the portions are small and it way overpriced.

Sounds like you got a great deal. I got a 12 piece bucket a few weeks ago that had an extra leg in it. It was already 40% off with the app. I just needed some fries (miss the wedges), cornbread, and that peachy honey flavored Mountain Dew Lightning to go with it. Lasted for several meals, all the dark meat being my first meal, then I had eaten the skin and breading and other moist bits of the white meat as a second meal with a potatoe I had in the fridge. Meals thereafter were making chicken salad sandwiches out of the deboned remains of the breasts and a can of peas and carrots. Since there were 3 breasts, it made 6 or 7 sandwiches or for me another 3 or 4 meals. So roughly 5 or 6 meals for a fatboy like me, well worth the roughly $32 US.
