Edit: a few questions. are we able to use vive tracker for tracking if we dont have a vive headset? or do you need the headset in order for the trackers to register correctly in steam vr? i dont think im going to be able to afford any sort of tracking for long while, but it would still be good to know, and others may have similar questions. lol all i got personally is a odyssey plus

You need minimum of 3 trackers. Personally I don't use headset for tracking - it just sits on the side table. SteamVR can be started in a null hmd mode so completely without headset connected but it's a bit complicated to setup

This is huge! I was craving for a upper-chest tracking solution, just to be able to rotate the head and chest in opposite directions

Absolutely love it! Had to throw a penny for the amazing development that vnyan is going through! This is everything a Vtuber could want! Would this technology be able to translate as trackers in games like VRchat? It would be amazing for non-headset users to use who are sensitive to motion sickness but to be able to express with their body/face!

@@goldneko Well VRChat does have somekinda OSC tracking support but I don't know how well that would work. Can take a look at some point

SO COOOL!!! question- sorry if this was already answered i cant find it. can u just use ur vr headset?

VR Headset is fine but you'll need 2 other trackers so min 3 trackers are required. You may have to adjust the Head Tracker Offsets if you use the headset though since the calibration is expecting a forehead tracker

Given my wireless setup, I need to use Space calibrator to keep my tracking calibrated. I don't think there is a way to use this with that particular setup.
