I just discovered Unworthy and 'Psycho Menance' was epic!!!! I loved the twist and I hope that we have the same quality of this show moving on! I believe the Deathtroopers are Dark Specter's version of Quanatrons.

God damn I teared up when the music kicked in and the Astromegaship transformed! So much nostalgia in this and it's so well done! I love the influence that just Disney seems to have had on this episode with the "Watcher" esq figure in the beginning, and the non-stop homages to Star Wars. It also seems like Andros went and got himself the Metallic Armor power up that the MMPR team used in season 3. That seems to be how he was able to take on the Psycho's all on his own. That in tandem with the use of his Battlizer anyway. I just love this so much! Also the fact that Psycho Empress was able to use "force" like powers was kind of a tease that it was in fact Karone, since her and Andros did both have the ability to move things with their mind in the show, even if we didn't see it much (probably not in the budget). It would make sense that they could in effect do a lot of what we see force users do in the Star Wars franchise. This all got me excited to see the continuation of the main story now! Hopefully we can see something dark like this on a bigger budget with the power rangers reboot when that comes out on Netflix!

I loved the use of omnitrix mixed with ranger keys as a morpher, plus the mix of star wars and star trek, so so many great references to sci-fi classics both old and new

In space was power rangers version of star wars. Andros and Karone basically used the force. The lightning and "force" duel in the movie cut to their childhood and im surprised people arent picking up that obvious comparison. Very good storytelling. Show not tell. Bravo unworthy.

The megaship space flight was awesome going from ship to megazord quickly. The music gave me goosebumps the twist of karone being the psycho empress was a good one. It shows that she could still be evil even after becoming good and the 2nd lost galaxy pink ranger. I don't understand why they went with Andros hitting number 3 on the battelizer three times just became a shield. He even said Red Battleized Ranger. I did however enjoyed the story and the fighting scenes.

I just now caught why karone was evil again. I'll be honest I didn't even catch it watching the original film. It took six ranger reading the synopsis at the beginning of this video for me to catch it. This is a whole separate universe where the rangers lost in countdown of destruction. So that beginning fight was either countdown of destruction with the perspective added of other ranger teams and ninja, or a fight right after countdown of destruction where they were finished off. If it wasn't for this video I would have thought she just went evil for the third time LOL which I would have been okay with but I like the countdown of destruction explanation better

Love every moment of this fan web episode if Power rangers unworthy. It feels like power rangers meet star wars but better than the sequel trilogy. Plus love the original idea chatacters like the Psycho Empress as the sister to Andros, the green psycho ranger from boom studio comics, and the gold psycho ranger that was created by this group of talented individuals that put a lot of heart & soul in this.
