The setup is the one thing I would criticize about this ration. The stove and the fuel tablets look as if they weigh as much as the main, or even more and you don't really need them. Seems like a bit of a waste. It isn't as if you are going to heat up those almonds. Also a full box of matches is a bit excessive, even if you are going to use the stove. I would get that in a 24 hour ration pack, but in a single meal? Imagine how many spare matches and fuel tablets you are going to carry around or have thrown away at the end of a 3 day exercise, or something like that.
