We became very active in the hobby and community because of wanting to finally work on the game room and going online looking for game room tour videos for insipiration. we still love this types of videos and they still serve as great inspiration for how we can grow our game room. this is one type of video I don't think we will ever get tired of watching hehe the collection is looking so good Gemma!

Being a former retail merchandise manager, I have to have things alphabetical, grouped together when on shelving or billy book cases. Nothing in front so don't block them. displays on the top shelf and everything has to be sideways on the shelving. No random stuff piled in front or piled like Jenga. Just organized, easy access. Also Snes and N64 are front faced as much as possible to appreciate the artwork. Plus I have a couple of display cabinets in another room with my PC and Xbox one with one shelf dedicated to donkey Kong and Mario, another dedicated pokemon games with plushies and boxed pokemon red, yellow and blue. Another dedicated to tmnt and another to batman and in particular, The Joker, Batman and the Riddler. Funnily enough, when I saw your visit to super tomato. I was like, aha, the exact same cabinets I have those the ones by the door as you go in, raised on the plynth. Just added super man on the N64 boxed and complete with poster, and also very good nic for a good price( bad game but I know but it feels nice to have it) and got home today to find my copy of limited run Clock Tower on the switch had arrived. Cannot wait to play it. I would loved to own it on the PlayStation but pricey. Now, I don't mind, and if I able to paying a good couple hundred quid on a game. Have done it on Aliens vs Predator on Snes, Firemen on the Snes(love that game) and Castlevania symphony of the night but I can only find one on ebay and they are asking 450 for it. So no way.

Yes, black (darker) fixtures making rooms look smaller while white (lighter) make them look larger. Definitely prefer the white fixtures for all your retro game goodies. 😁

Awesome game rooms tour, great collection nicely organized 👍 Maybe some kind of cover could be built for the hole in the upper game room floor to prevent potential accident? As I'm packing my stuff for a move, trying to keep everything related to each console in their original box if possible, and if it doesn't have it's original box, using some other box, for example PS2, which I packed in a shoe box with it's controller, memory card and cables 🙂 Wrapped the console in bubblewrap, just in case. Also games in one plastic bag per console, if there's enough to fill the bag and I write the content of the bag to a little sticker on the bag so i could eventually unpack them in more organized way. When I had the games on a shelf, they were grouped by platform, like PS1 games in once shelf, PS2 games another shelf, etc. but didn't sort them alphabetically. If I had larger collection, then I'd sort them alphabetically by game title.

Rule Of Rose was ruined by our stupid italian politics and journalists, none of them had any clue on what the game was about, they branded it as a game where you could bury little girls, which was absolutely not true, and journalists copied other reviews and add non-sense to it. Unfortunately for you English people, the distributor was ours and due to the criticism the game was not distributed outside Italy. The game isn't all that rare but it's just a title that there has been speculation about due to the history. Tomorrow I'll have a dedicated video on my channel if any of my compatriots want to know the story. I like you channel and your collection btw! 😊

Doubtful. There are some private collections out there I'm sure that could fill an entire house, plus you have a lot of floorspace free. I've seen collections that have arcade machines utilising that space. Perhaps yours is one of the best retro collections on KZbin UK specifically.
