Love your videos, and love the NC. mountains! We go every year, and my daughter and I just got back from the mountains a couple weeks ago where I rented a cool cabin in Saluda. If you haven't been,(I'm sure you have) then you need to. The downtown area is small but very charming. If you go, you have to stop at the historic train depot. So much history there. And don't pass up eating at the Purple Onion! Amazing atmosphere, and the food was sensational!

New Mills River resident - I highly recommend the town and Evelyn! I got a job right away in Fletcher. The job market is great. If you have a neurodivergent child in high school, West Henderson is great.

My cousin and his family live in Mills River. They seem to like it. We have been to Sierra Nevada when I have visited. The beer is good and so is the food. We always go somewhere different when I go visit.

Sierra Nevada looks amazing ! On my list to visit next time for suuuuure All homes are lovely, though I prefer the feel of the first and the 8' doors are awesome. If you get Publix, you get BOGO's, that said, Aldi is my go -to.

Visited the Mills River Brewing Co last Saturday to see the Corey James Clifton Band. Kind of a weird set-up with the stage up on the hill facing off-axis to most of the seating. You're correct... not much going on there in Mills River in foodie options.

It's the new norm for KZbin. You can skip eventually on some but it's getting more and more pervasive. It's not just this channel. ...it's all channels.
