Yes. It feels kind of like a GoCube. As a speedcuber, I like it better because the shape is closer to a conventional speedcube. I don't think they will make a stickerless version.

Obviously this app is really good but how does the performance compare to the gan smart cube? Are they comparable? I want a smart cube to help me improve and I want a polished app. So I'm leaning toward this one. But cube performance is more important to me. If the gan performance blows this one put of the water thats what I'd have to go with

it's a good cube but not having a gyroscope (like the GoCube) hurts it. It can tell when a side is being turned but it often gets confused, especially because it can't tell what side is facing 'up'

This kind of product (Rubik's Connected and GoCube) attracts tons of beginners who are curious about learning how to solve the cube for the first time. An app that teaches you in an interactive way is a great tool to boost confidence. It's extremely plausible that beginners would pick up this cube. It's also extremely plausible that most beginners don't progress past the beginner's method. The app does not teach advanced methods and it takes a lot of work to get faster.

@@dinocubing5680 Description of the video explains. I personally think the Rubik's is more reliable and more polished. The GAN smart cube is a better cube in terms of speed, weight, and general speedcubing performance. Both cubes are 100% usable.
