@@robmills481 ah Rob thank you so much for that- I am a big fan of the Mills boys and their running exploits! I’m hoping to get Jody to pace me to my 5k pb soon as think that would make for a great video! Seven Sisters is such a good place to run but boy can they be a real pain 😂😂 perfect training though. Give me a shout if you’re ever down at a race or event. Sam

That was my friend who splatted onto the floor by the golf course at the beginning! She got up and carried on. Then after the other 2 of us also fell over at different points we all finished thankfully!
