Be aware that the measurements for the cabin bag do vary depending on the airline, for example for easyjet it's 56x45x25 cm but for ryanair it's 55x40x20cmm so it potentially an issue if you plan to travel with various carriers. However whether or not these rules are so strictly enforced these days is another story.

I agree. Always check with the airlines as rules are constantly changing. What could be valid in the video could change overnight.
