@@investorrealtor another reason why lesser developer is bidding for the GLS recently is due to govt’s massive release of GLS. Most developers are holding quite a number of GLS in their land bank. Just guoccoland alone already monopolizing the lentor and springleaf area. If looking at current developer’s land bank, GL/HL: most of lentor plot and springleaf, UOL: watten house, Pinetree, Meyer blue, orchard boulevard, Clementi, Tampines north integrated. Far East: hillheaven, TTR, golden mile. CDL: Newport, myst, lumina, TG, zion, toa payoh. Kingsford: marina, chuan park, the hill. Sim lian: Tampines north EC, TG2. Hoi hip: Terra hill, TC. Actually most big players already got quite a number of project to sell/develop on hand. Foresee upcoming land bid and bid price will continue to be lukewarm
