Coming from Australia, Rupert Murdoch is one of our most hated expats. We are hoping he doesnt retire here. Strangely, his mother was known for her kindness and generosity. In Rupert's case, he rolled far, far from the tree.

Yes the Murdocks have a lot to answer for. Responsible for Brexit, Boris Johnson, ending T May, election of Trump. And a lot more. If we do not challenge this obvious incorrect media we could land up in a civil war by accident in the USA or EU or UK. Our enemies would just love that. They are currently using women to project these false narratives and they are being used as convenient fools that they can easily dispose off in the end. We have paid bloggers who receive emails of what to say. This way they can flood the airwaves with fake news and many will think it’s true. It’s diabolical.

Anthony, if you're reading these. I hope you keep it up. You're doing a great job ...... There is a message that needs to get out...... The popular belief is that wage inflation started with the pandemic. Which of course, was the democrats fault and Biden has made it worse, but in reality wage inflation started in 2017 after Trump took office. At that time I owned a small italian restaurant in the northern suburbs of chicago and all my kitchen workers were mexican immigrants. In my area there are a lot of landscaping companies that take care of nice yards for people. And they employ seasonal workers from Mexico who come legally on work visas for the summer season and some stay longer to snowplow..... Well, for the twenty seventeen season, a lot of them were fearful to come, even though they had legal work permits, because of the toxic trump rhetoric. So the landscaping companies started coming to the back doors of restaurants like mine to recruit the lower level cooks to come a mow yards .... I had to give up 50% pay raises to keep some of my workers ..... Trump started wage inflation and took money out of small business owner's pockets.

I have no idea where you get the impression murdoch wanted to be less right wing. For decades he dragged the conservative parties in Australia further right than they ever wished to be. Liked this interview for the most part but I'm finding it hard to swallow the notion that Murdoch's hard turn to the right hinged on a meeting with Obama who 'rips him a new one' according to Anthony. This makes Rupert out to be weak, easily swayed by the opinions of others, and it makes Obama out to be a querrelar, which he most certainly was not. He was more inclined to use logic and humour. One of his favourite phrases when faced with an opponent's intransigent position on an issue was first to restate the issue on his terms and say, "...that's a debate I would love to have." We have to look further for Murdoch's reasons for going to war with democracy.
