10:24 I think the problem is Boundless didn’t have a plan b for when Battleworld got delayed. I think it’s just that simple. I also think they worked on fixing things for vets first. They fixed things existing players first. Then more recently they got around to fixing the new player experience. So it’s not that they are now ignoring vets, it was just the new players’ turn. That said we did just get spotlight raids, oml event, temporal dimension, and 10 new floors of satellite. A new incursion raid and new cc room rules should also be just around the corner.

I have played MSF since launch, and I’ve heard the same for all this years “this is the end” “MSF is doom now” etc etc etc and yet we are still here playing everyday non stop, you guys should know how this works by now

yeah thats pretty sour, theyre getting away with not releaseing battle world, instead of 1 year its going to take 2 now, because they know they dont got S#@t to add to the game, And your right, about what you said about spenders, I think Msf's peak of players is over, I could be wrong but I think more people are leaving then actually joining, why douche everything out and put a paywall on everything, I mean its already been like this the entire 2 years ive been playing. I played by scopely rules and did two $50 offers. If they gave the people who bought one $125 for 310 shards the awakened abilities, I want the difference in shards as an offer for $25.

Punishing is an interesting word. I do think they had to rebalance things to take into account the change to farmability. But if I’m in a negotiation or bargaining, and I get something I want that benefits me, it’s usually only fair and makes sense the other person also gets something they want that benefits them. In this case. The farmability costs MSF money, so they needed to make a change to try and recoup some of what they had lost. So, I don’t think punishment is quite the correct word.

The people in charge of MAKING the game care, even if they screw up a fair bit. The people in charge of MARKETING the game are the ones creating this spending mess. I'm sure the two groups butt heads constantly. If the marketing people push too hard, the game will die and put the creators out of work.
