The 98 GT for $800 is a pretty awesome deal and cool car. I had a black 97 GT that I replaced the engine in and a lot of stuff and it was pretty rough but a cool car. It had a super nice low mile complete 01 GT interior. I definitely feel like you should try to keep the terminator at all costs. Once you sell a car like that, it will be harder to replace with one like it later down the road and you’ll see the prices rise and then not want to buy another one. If you can make some money off it and get another one later that could work too. You just gotta do what you have to do.

The person who owned the 98 worked for a car shop in town where I live he went to jail and never came back to get the car for years, so it was left abandoned. I saw it a lot driving by, and my friend had that one with the blue stripes on it, so I really wanted the same thing. Really rough car, but it did last me a few years, and I really had no money at that time. Things added up and became a huge headache, but it was really fun for what it was. And I wouldn't have wanted it any other way even with the issues I loved that car. I feel the same way on your position on this car, though. Could always buy another. But not sure if I'd find something close and nice like I did this one. So I can't get rid of it yet. Thanks Justin your always giving the best advice . I highly highly recommend a 2016 up fiesta st for a daily. Nothing wrong with 14-15 they had some more cooling system issues and didnt yet have sync 3 otherwise theyre solid too. Theyre one of the most fun coolest and pracical dailys a gear head could have and you still get to have something that is limited production and unique at the same time. I use my 16 as a daily i also have a gen3r swapped 07 gt500 and a 2012 boss 302 along with a 97 cobra i am fixing up. Keep the terminator you will regret selling. Get a Fiesta st for a daily. Its a car that is fun enough where you wont mind leaving the cobra parked as much. I know from personal experience. I dont want a boring car i want something unique with character even for a daily hence the Fiesta st.

Things are pretty tight as is. You got some awesome cars, so I take your word for it. I'll definitely regret getting rid of this car. You have my dream car right there, although i want a Sonic blue 2003 Terminator Cobra. I personally don't know what you're going through and it's not my business, but if it were me i would keep this car. They are getting more scarce to come by unless you want to spend 30k plus for one, that is my problem now i am paying on a 2017 GT and i own a 2004 3.8L V6 and i enjoy driving both Mustangs so much they both are my daily drivers, but winter is coming up and i'm trying to get a real daily something cheap so i don't have to drive both all the time. I like your channel and content. I started watching when you barely got this car then i heard you talk about your '99 Cobra which i noticed i have the same hood on my '04, the car came that way yet i didn't know what type of model it came from. I am planning on a cowl induction hood i have to get painted to match and put on. You are also a KZbinr which is what i want to do. Keep up the videos i will tune in to check them out. If you could obtain a daily, that is what i'm trying to do just so i can take better care of my Mustangs.

I completely agree. It feels hard sometimes when you're not sure what would be the next best step when you're trying to start a family. I always gotta put them first. I love all the 99-04 Mustangs that sounds like a cool project! I have decided to keep the car. Like I was saying I would be disappointing some people, and I don't think I'd be able to forgive myself. i don't want to make a quick decision and regret it. I will be getting a daily very soon. That's me bro. I want to drive something slick and good looking. Something fun and enthusiastic. Pure luxury cars are nice and smooth and what not but they are just dull and boring. I want something that teases you to step on the throttle. Something as I merge on the freeway I can shoot that gap with ease and just enjoy the rush of being pin back in the seat. I to this day still dream of owning a Terminator. It's the one car I still want after all these years. For the love of the Terminator!

I have my 07 corolla I daily drive. Shelby gets driven every here and there. I definitely need a heat exchanger & better intercooler pump tho lol. This thing creates a lot of heat with the smaller pulley & so it didn’t get much use in the harsh California summer.

Nice car man, yea the superchargers definitely produce some heat. My car gets pretty warm when I'm just idling in traffic too on warm days.

I’d keep it.i traded a 94 cobra for my 99 electric green vert.i just did a top swap.i have thought about selling mine.but i put a decent amount of work so far.then i think about how the engine is built for boost.because at this point.there’s no way i can buy a terminator.so I’ll keep going with mine.so I’m there with ya.i have had some cars i wish i kept.hang in there.👍👊

A 99 with forged motor is just as good as a terminator far as making power.

That's for sure actually I think the teskid is an aluminum block compared to the iron in the terminator so the block is lighter and handles around the same power maybe even more !

As far as your 97 mustang it prob broke down alot because its 20+ years old and not maintained not because its a mustang lol. Mustangs can be very reliable if theyre taken care of. People just repeat what others say most of the ones saying they cant be reliable havent ever even owned one theyre just passing along bad second hand information.

@@SvtCobraKid1yea keep it. I got rid of a foxbody because I got married and it was the worst mistake of my life. You will regret it and look back and say Dag I had a gem and I got rid of it. If push comes to shove keep it for a few more years and if you need to then sell it and get that money cause value will def go up on these.

That's one of those really tough decisions when you want to either put that money towards your family or continue to pursue your personal dreams and goals. I will definitely regret it. Even when I sold my 99 cobra, I regretted it and thought if I just waited, I could've kept it and just used that to daily. Basically gave that car away for all the work I put in it to get this car.
