For Yutis I put ramps on 3 sides, stand on top of a ramp unmounted, and shoot it to get it's attention. Then I stand inside the trap to kite him, otherwise his pathing goes around. Always a pain.

I find great success with a large bear trap and four metal billboards to trap just about everything. I would highly recommend. Thanks for the great content on the daily! Greatly appreciated 😊

For the trap, once the animal is inside and taming, remove the stairs. No animals can get in (except maybe a jumping thyla if there are trees or rocks). Great job on everything, was glad your last tame was left nicely for you!!!

Rhinios are the best for Yuti taming, they don’t get fear-roared and can just pick up the Yuti and fly it to the trap.

1:22 6gates 2 doors space between both last end gates so u can squeeze out between gates. stand in the trap shoot the yuti it runs straight in slide out the gate space close the door behind it. yuti are not as smart as they used to be.

The easiest trap in my opinion is just a bunch of metal billboards and the big bear traps, kinda just like the Giga trap with dino gates just with billboards instead, if you know what i mean. Anyway great video.

Am i the only one using large beartraps? Put 2 gates down, leave front and back exposed with trap in middle lure it in and place the gates, worked fine for me till now… but while reading this it occured to me using metal billboard for front and back might be easier, thats untested tho

Why don't you know your whistle keybinds...? You really shouldnt have to go into the radial menu when you can instantly press one key to passive all them and one key to stop all... Instead of the 5 seconds it takes you to panic through the radial wheel

i never use traps i find them very boring personally, yeah you succeed but if you trap you rarely fail then progress even faster in an already very easy game lol but not gonna hate on those that do, you do you. when i get a useless breeding pair i make a baby for the imprint then cryo/release the parents
