Actually you can get rid of veins around eyes, lids and under eyes. Excel V laser or gentlemax pro laser get rid of vascular and spider veins around eyes. Definitely recommend you get a consultation. Literally no down time since these lasers are non ablative.

Glossier is one of those brands that is wayyy over hyped that way under delivers. The only stand out product that everyone says good is the Boy Brow and thats honestly not that exciting. Plus if your most exciting product is a brow product that right there screams red flag to me. 😂

I feel like this brand is definitely more for people who want to just throw some makeup on without much thought. Like it’s pigmented enough to be visible, but not enough to where it’s easy to go overboard or hard to correct. I like using them when I’m running late and need something fast, or when I’m going somewhere where my usual makeup (sparkly eyeshadow, thick fake lashes, beaming highlight) wouldn’t be appreciated like a stuffy office job or interview.

Its like when you think you look ok and then get in your car to leave and look in that snow white mirror and it tells you about all the hairs you didn't pluck and how your foundation is suddenly crusty but its too late 😅 at least it washes off and you'll still be absolutely gorgeous underneath. This was interesting to watch because I use most of the Glossier products that you used almost every day and I love them! I think it can just be a weird feeling when you aren’t used to a certain style of product or makeup, because I don’t find Glosser is overhyped and I enjoy their makeup a lot!

I like glossier but not as a full face of one brand, I have to mix it up, diff mascara, tons of concealer, faux freckles, I use the blush underneath the skin tints, and a bit of bronzer otherwise using glossier on its own I feel like I wacked on a ‘my first makeup set’ lol. You look gorgeous girl.

The reality is, the majority of Glossier make up products just aren't very good. I get the aesthetic but light textured shouldn't mean poor performance. Generation G lipstick- too dry and don't apply evenly. Also go "off" and smell like sick/crayons really quickly. If you get one that smells like this straight away, chuck it. If you're lucky enough to get a good one that's not already off, it will just have a strong rose scent.. Cloud paint blush- unnatural colours that don't blend well. Puff is almost neon pink. Stretch concealer - oil slick with zero coverage. Skywash eyeshadows- patchy, dull colours. Lidstars eyeshadows- patchy glitter and not enough pigment so look "meh" on the eyes. Liquid eyeliner- impossible to apply and can't layer it. Flakes off if you try. Skin tint ok but you can achieve the same thing with one drop of foundation mixed in your moisturiser. Wowder powder- ok. A light powder. Makes you look.a bit dull as Shannon experienced. Haloscope highlighter- so creamy it just wipes off or breaks up. Brow flick brow pen- ok but loads of other pens do the same thing cheaper. Lash slick mascara- too drying, doesn't layer and flakes badly. Boy brow and future dew are the only things worth buying, but don't go out of your way. Just as well they got rid of the 'Play' line too because that was all bad. Can you tell I'm annoyed i bought into the hype and have wasted so much of my money on their insipid products?!

I feel like it really depends on your skin type though, I have really really dry skin. -The skin tint does cover some redness and I really like the consistency -stretch concealer feels soooo good especially when pared with the wowder, i think it has pretty good coverage too -wowder is so amazing, it doesn’t dry my skin out and keeps my makeup forever -the blush is in a lot of different shades for different skin tones if you want a natural one (if you aren’t a darker skin tone) try beam, it’s really natural. - I personally haven’t tried the sky wash or the lid stars

-with the haloscope highlighters you have to warm it up with your finger then apply with your fingers for it to look good, if you do that it looks really nice - I haven’t tried boy brow -the lash slick is amazing! It separates your eyelashes and makes them look like your eyelashes (it doesn’t make your eye lashes clumpy or like spider legs) - haven’t tried the eyeliner or brow flick

The cloud paints are gorgeous after they settle. It looks crazy at first but they sink in fairly quick and almost disappear if you don’t put enough on. I agree that glossier is overrated though!!! I love the brow gel and cloud paints but everything else looks gimmicky

I wear more natural makeup and I love the glossier stretch concealer!! It brightens under my eyes and covers enough without looking heavy. I rarely wear foundation so high coverage, thick concealers look weird on me. I think glossier is for a specific kind of consumer

I have a few colors of the cloud paint and one of the haloscope highlighter sticks. The blush can be very pretty, but it can be tricky to work with and I find it does its best on a really moisturized base with minimal foundation. I also have to start really slowly with it and build up a teeny bit at a time or I get streaky clown cheeks. The haloscope highlighter stick is actually really beautiful for a subtle highlight, but if you layer it up it can get a bit sticky. Glossier is definitely a ✨vibe✨ but I don't think it's quite *my* vibe. Totally off-topic, but I bought the Charlotte Tilbury under-eye corrector on your recommendation, and I absolutely love it! I have really dry under-eyes (and super oily eyelids... why) and I've never been so happy with how the skin under my eyes looks when I use the corrector. It doesn't clump up or settle into lines, and it doesn't look unnatural, it just knocks the blue/purple down a few pegs and makes me look really fresh and awake. Thank you Shan!!! 💜

This totally sums up my feelings on glossier. I use the boy brow, jelly cleanser and priming moisturiser but nothing else. I did think your skin looked beautiful with the primer and tint. I may actually buy the eye shadow after watching this vid. This video is such a mood though when you do your makeup and it doesn’t go how you want can be so annoying so I totally related to that !! I feel like I’m just not pretty enough to wear this brand which is not a great way to feel. Part of me thinks do they make it all very light so that only perfect people will wear it

The jelly cleanser feels like such an odd texture to me! I keep it in shower in case I want to do a light face wash, but it doesn’t feel like it does enough for heavy makeup or SPF!

I'm glad you tried Glossier and made this video! I feel bad it went poorly! I personally like the Glossier products I've bought. I have the cloud paint in Puff, a light pink. It's definitely not as pigmented as the shade you got. I think it's an alright product, but I rarely use it as I have oily skin and it's so dewy. I do love the Generation G lipsticks. I have 2 shades. However, I agree that they do not smell good! I can get past it, cause I love how they look, but I totally see how someone could not stand that smell. They're also somewhat patchy. I feel like Glossier is a brand for a specific kind of consumer who uses makeup in a specific kind of way. It doesn't cater to everybody, but it successfully fills its niche.

Glossier products are pretty limited in terms of use. I mean.. you can get a natural look by using drugstore products with the right technique. Their marketing is genius. Totally made for modelesque rich youngsters and anyone who wants to become one.

Yeah I have a more neutral shade of the cloud paint and I like it. But for me, I use my Glossier products with my more full coverage makeup. I wouldn’t use just Glossier for a full face of makeup. So if you’re into more full coverage maybe pick out one product you can see yourself using and incorporate it into your regular routine.

I just made a glossier order I bought puff and love it! I also got the ultra lip and halo scope in quartz I loved everything I got! I did purposefully avoid the skin tint and the lid stars tho due to poor reviews

I bought the entire range in 2018 when everyone was raving about it and let me tell you, I hated EVERYTHING. I rarely return products but I definitely got a refund. I thought I was the only one who thought it was overhyped and very underwhelming but there are others that just don’t like them. I don’t think they’re bad products, like you said it’s just not for me. Way too dewy and nearly zero coverage. I look better when I’m bare faced than with Glossier products 😩

They don't make it obvious but the Priming Moisturiser contains a retinol ester. A weak form of retinol so not suitable for everyone. When this cream first launched in the UK there was lots of commentary online generally and on the Glossier website reviews page from people saying it made their skin dry with regular use and broke them out

I def think you got the wrong cloud paint colour because I have "puff" and it's so easy to work with and sheer but buildable. Also, the clear boy brow is great, almost soap brow like. I like their moisturisers, eye cream, lip balms and face wash too. Try using the skin tint as a mixer to sheer out fuller coverage foundations.

I remember buying the skincare set, the milky jelly cleanser & priming moisturiser in a tube & the balm dot com lipbalm. The jelly cleanser is super gentle, good for a first evening cleanse after a non-makeup day; the moisturiser was AMAZING for me, they now do two other versions a rich one for dry skin and a light one for oily skin; and the balm dot com was lovely but maybe not for everyone, I got the tinted cherry one and it gave a lovely pink tint and was v comfortable on my lips. I have had boy brow and it was a bit *meh*. I’ve tried the v old formula of the stretch concealer and it was indeed very glossy/oily! I might like their brow flick, I know KathleenLights raves about it, and maybe their wowder powder? But tbh it’s a lot of hype for a lot of *meh*

Personally I love Glossier, people say it’s for perfect skin and it’s not meant for people with acne, texture and stuff like that. I feel like glossier is for people who like a natural look and doesn’t like to cake on makeup, people that don’t have perfect skin don’t always want to cover everything with full coverage every thing. I feel like if you are expecting a full glam makeup products that are full coverage it would be very, very disappointing. But it’s very easy to get a natural makeup look with it (unlike other brands) and makes it look not Cakey and looks like you but better!❤️❤️❤️
