vintage story seems to be the next big thing with its gaining popularity, this game does look fun though. enshrouded was pretty good too, they still update that game and it still has allot of players too that game did pretty good and continues to do so. hytale is in development hell right now so dont get your hopes up as it seems to have the same developer issue that star citizen has where they just keep adding things instead of making something.

Enshrouded is doing phenomenally well, those developers are paving the gold standard on how developers should be. They just announced update 5, the previous 4 were all massive in there own way and the game is still in early access. Its easily top 5 best survival games made and its only in early access and has more to offer than most in its genre. Might even say its the second best lowkey. And for your hytale comment, yes I think everyone is frustrated, like bro we not trying to wait 10+ years for the game to launch. I hate early access but for crying out loud just release it in early access I guess. It worked out for enshrouded lol.
