This prefab house also has several different options and is built as a "off frame" modular home! The manufacturer for this house is R-Anell Homes. The model for this home is the “Riverside" This home has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and has roughly 2,430 square foot. Let me know what you think about the video! I especially found this Ryan’s Shed Plans to be of great use when it came to building the roof. I was able to do all the cuts and installation by myself, with a little reference to this Ryan’s Shed Plans.

Like the layout but cabinets look dated and there's no seating in the master shower 😮. Not liking the 2 entrances into the kitchen. I would prefer to have an open floor plan. Otherwise it's a nice home 🙂

I love the look of the home but I can assure you, a man designs the laundry room! You can not hang clothes over the washer and dryer without it touching them. Cabinets over the washer and dryer and a different place to hang clothes. The bathrooms need cabinets for towels and other things.

Nice home. Chance I pray you feel better soon. I do have one request though and maybe it's more of a question. In the main bath there was a huge bathtub... did they forget to put the toilet in the main bathroom? I ran the video back 3 times to even look thru the mirror and there was no toilet.😂😂 so in light of that I would make a smaller sink area & place a toilet where the tub is. 😂

SAME!! I’ve watched it 3 times just in the master bathroom and nope! No toilet! I mean I do really like the floor plan a lot and could probably add a closed off toilet “closet” where the tub is since I’m not cleaning a tub AND shower 😂 but I’m glad I’m not the only one who caught that!

Love when you tour Homes by Vanderbilt. They are most like site built homes. This home is absolutely gorgeous. Perfect size. I would prefer square sinks in bathrooms, Master bath I like River Rock tiles floor in my tile shower with a bench. I would not need two large clothes closets in Master. Lovely home, though. Great square footage without feeling excessively big.

Two masters closets!! That utility room was great and getting to see the washer and dryer was a plus. Don’t really know about sliding doors in the living room. I think they should be off the kitchen/dining room. It seemed to be missing a wow maybe in the kitchen. Think it will make some family a nice home.

Hey Chance, why don't these home builders put pocket doors on the bedroom closets? Hinged doors wipe out a lot of floor space opening and closing them. On this house, there's plenty of wall length to accommodate pocket doors.

Could I replace the brick replacement & entertainment center with french doors leading directly out to the front porch, making 2 main front entrances, instead of 1?. Also, can archways be altered a bit to accommodate a very large china hutch?

Look I would have to rebuild all those closets myself death metal stuff in their does not last those are the cheapest you can buy to build a closet I use materials called 2 * 16 Pinewood I put real wood in the closet and it has not came down at all and I have a way to reinforce the closet to keep it from falling that problem is they can't think outside the box

Now the idea for the washing room would be put in the washing machine on one side of the wall and on the other side of all will be the dryer that way you can work on the washer if you needed to or work on the dryer when you need to side by side you going to crush your fingers all right let's keep thinking outside the box the more you keep showing me this house the more I can give you an idea whether she'd really be built like because I know they're asking for a whole arm and leg on this one

These can be good homes but, save money and opt out of certain things. The countertops in any choice offered are junk. Opt out of them. They are priced as high as quality counters. Same with the cabinets. They are close to as bad. The flooring is one of the first things that needs replaced so skip their offerings. The most important thing is if your going with a mobile home or modular two or more pieces, pay and have a foundation put in beforehand. The seams will show, walls and ceilings will crack open and eyes will be sore. On a triple wide mobile you’ll need to have a 4” or thicker slab. Forget the blocks and even the trailers they are on will dig into the ground and settle unevenly. If your dream home is just outta reach money wise, then look at the design and opt out of any add-on rooms or garages until later. You can refinance as equity builds and make it perfect later on. This is my advice to afford a nice home that you made no compromises on. You’ll also need to ride the finishers and call them out on each and everything that’s wrong , damaged or installed incorrectly. Builders now are cheap spite gouging prices , they use substandard contractors. The subs are even worse. Know your shit so you can know what to look for. Hope this helps. Doing all of this will shave up to 1/3rd the price. Also showers and fixtures are junk. These things mentioned have only a four year lifespan before they need replaced. Don’t settle for that.

I remembered when you first toured this house. I like this house a lot, I love, love, love all the arches. When I saw the first tour of this house, I remember saying that I would turn that huge pantry into my linen/storage closet & if I needed a pantry I would use the smaller closet in the kitchen. But with all of the cabinetry in the kitchen I think I would be fine. Also with the closets in the primary I would make the closet in the bedroom my office especially since it has a window & more so because the closet in the bathroom is more than big enough. I really do not need the upper level at all....
