A usable front porch, overhead vents, no wire racks, an amazing u-shaped kitchen, wood burning fireplace, plenty of linen storage, if we can get to the end of this tour without a barn door, then this one is the best I've ever seen!!!!

Such a cute exterior. Absolutely beautiful on the inside. I like that the kitchen is close to living room but not in full view when you walk through the front door. The crown molding makes such a difference. A great, spacious kitchen and wonderful main bedroom suite. Gorgeous home! Thanks Chance

Floorplan at 12:23. Large kitchen. Great floor plan for a modular. Interior is fantastic. The rear exterior looks cool which can be rare in modulars and manufactured homes. Missing a pantry however 😖😖😖

Home is perfect. I love that the master is in a private area. It's hard to get that with mobile homes. Only thing is missing is I would want a den and 3rd bathroom. The fact that those other rooms are huge is Def a big bonus. Mobile home have the smallest rooms. This home is IT!!!

They're on your feet when they're little & on your heart as they become older. Cherish every second that y'all can with him. We're not promised tomorrow. Yes,Chance,this was really NICE! Get rid of that carpet & built ins. Luv the kitchen,but want a pantry,2. Freezer. Is there room 4 one in the utility room if u take that rod out? Need coat closet. We do love Franklin homes. We recognized the similarities to the Lilly II before you ever went inside. We knew the "jut out" was that fabulous Franklin kitchen.

Absolutely LOVE the layout of this home. However right off the bat, I definitely seen a lot of things that I would omit to bring the price down. The marble/granite countertops (I prefer quartz as it doesn't require the maintenance that granite does and a nice designed Corian in the bathrooms as the bathrooms don't take as much of a beating as the kitchen), all the built-ins in the master closet (and that's only because my little family of for three don't need all of that and place our dressers in there to keep the master bedroom area open an airy. I could really turn that Master closet into a home office space lol), the built-in oven and flat top cook range would go. I'm a person who prefers cooking with gas. The sink in the utility room could definitely go and that would leave space for a nice chest/stand up freezer.

I also think that maybe using the empty wall space next to the fridge for some more cabinet space, due to the lack of uppers in the kitchen. I do not want to give up the windows and counter space but not seeing a spot to easily put a china hutch.

Hey Chance! Good video! I love this home! I don't know what kind of fireplace that is in the Living Room, but 'd need a gas or wood-burning one! #1) I didn't see a microwave , so would put one in one of those corners; unless that is a microwave on top instead of another oven. Don't need the dishwasher, so remove it and put in more cabinets or drawers. Couldn't tell if the cook stove was electric or gas, but I'd rather have a gas one. #2) If room in utility room I'd put an upright freezer in it. Otherwise I'd put it in the garage which we will build at the door there in the utility room. Also build a storage unit in the garage. #3) I'd use one guest bedroom as my Library Office Room, with a small sitting area with a small gas fireplace. The other guest bedroom I'd use as my Music Studio Room and soundproof it. #4) In the Master suite...that closet is big enough to use as a bedroom! But I won't! We would have to replace the barn door with a pocket door or something as I do not like barn doors in the house. I love the bathtub, but I'll have to replace it with a handicapped tub. I would keep that raised area at the head of the shown tub though. I really like that! Tile shower needs a door and that's all. Love it. Even the commode are looked like it was big enough for even me!! I very much like the sink/counter area. like the closets in the bathroom too. Love it that the closet isn't in the bathroom although that would Never be a deal breaker. Carpet in Living Room and Bedrooms and the sitting area in the Library only. I love this one... the layout, the kitchen, the master bath... omgosh, three, THREE electrical outlets in the master bath.. so awesome... carpet only in the bedrooms, and the same flooring throughout.. the only things I would change is the color of the cabinets and using bronze fixtures for lights and water faucets.. awesome!!

I don't like that the refrigerator is clear across the kitchen. You have to walk around the island to get anything out of the refrigerator and the stove and sink are on the opposite side

This House's Front Door Is Stunning To Begin With, Before Going Indoors. This 4 Bedrooms 2 Large Baths. The Master Bedroom Is Huge As Well As The Bathroom Is Like A Spa With Loads Of Storage. I really like that there are two water spigots outside and the shape of the home is very attractive. The porch is beautiful! Would like to see a bit more of an entryway instead of just coming right into the living room. The kitchen is beautiful and I really love that there are so many windows. The laundry room is nice and big , very pretty with plenty of storage. And the Master bedroom is wonderful ! The closet and bathroom are beautiful. This is definitely the house I would choose if I could ! I have a piece of property that this house would just fit so perfectly.
