This double wide has probably my favorite main bathrooms I've seen! The manufacturer for this house is Champion Homes. The model for this home is the "Ewing 6018." This home has 4 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms and has roughly 2,153 square foot. Let me know what you think about the video! I hope you enjoy this mobile home walk through video.

I don't like the bathroom right next to the dining area at all, but I would have them make it into a kickass pantry. Other than that, very nice home. Oh, and KZbin has been recommending all these other trailer tour channels, but you're still the best, Chance!

If you’re sitting there, having dinner, and someone has to answer the call of nature, that powder room is NOT in a good place! It would be embarrassing for the person using it (my daughter wouldn’t even be able to ‘go’ there!) and unpleasant for the rest.

I agree about the placement of that half bath. It would be convenient, but not ideal for most people using it. The one caveat I could think of is that if you're a busy mom who is potty-training a toddler, it would be nice to have fast access to a bathroom especially if you're in the kitchen cooking, or whatever... You could probably convert it into a pantry. I missed a window in the kitchen. All you have is the French doors. Also, I think I would convert the desk area in the hallway to a linen/storage closet.

I like that the toilet isn't stuck in a little tiny space of it's own,maybe not as private but it is much more open and for a clostrophobic person it is great.

LOVE it!! LOL 15 yr old grandson only looked at part of it & thought that wasn’t a smart place for a microwave, but then he’s about 6’1”-6’2” already!!! Love the master bath, but that stand alone tub kinda reminds me of a horse trough 😂

The half bath that close to the kitchen is a deal breaker. I would turn it into a pantry. Also I am really over the barn door thing. Lastly do they make manufactured homes with duel master suites? I know YOU can find one Chance.

Certainly do. Have a 3 bedroom 3 full bath 1,620 sf Nobility home in FL. Master bedroom is full width of home. On one side of home is commode, sink & double shower. One other side of home is commode, sink & huge soaker tub. Large walk in closet in between the two full bathrooms.

The master suite is to die for. Love it!! The second bathroom should not be a jack and jill, there should be access from the hallway only. That way all three bedrooms have access. But I love everything else about it.

This was nice to see in my notifications as I lay down from just having surgery. I like this home and I hope one day I can see every thing in a floor plan that I am looking for. If not, and if I have a mobile home built instead of buying a home, then I will reach out to you to see if you would like to tour my home. As I believe a lot of people with a larger family (5-6 people) would absolutely love the floor plan I collaborate. We had a mobile home built in 1994 by Fisher Mobile homes. I have watched many, many, many videos. I have found that back then (1994) we were one of the first to be able to create our floor plan. It's amazing that MOST of these homes are using the very same idea. Wow. Eggplant color carpet, sheet Rock painted the very same (gray) bathrooms were built with the huge tall cabinets...arches, rock fireplace...even the bedrooms are the same size..! Lol ! ...again, that was 1994. Thanks for using our creation thru out those different homes/companies. Not this home...as far as colors & our floor plan. But, most others. Just throwing this out there. My 2¢ worth.

Love the foyer area, super cool fan light/beams in the living room, awesome Jack & Jill set up between those two bedrooms. Perfectly situated half bath, especially for company. Like the really large utility room (with the barn door), the bump outs on the exterior that add some nice architectural interest. Mike drop for the stand alone tub with floor mount fixture!! Love everything about this home!!! Definitely the master bath is my favorite! I agree with you about the computer desk. I think if you have kids especially now with a lot of kids doing remote schooling, a desk in the hallway would be great to monitor that your child or children is doing their schoolwork but for me I would need a bedroom for a home office.

4:27 Love the dark wood on the entertainment canter. In fact that entertainment center is almost perfect. It looks as though it's missing pass thru's for your cables and wires. As for what would go on those shelves below, Xbox, Play Station, Receiver for my surround system, Blue Ray player or other items like that. Those are just what I currently have. So Ya I need pass thru's for all my wires and cords.

My daughter and her family have a desk like that in the hall that has Internet, phone w/answering machine for his business etc. Laundry room is good but no sink 😬. Never like a bathroom anywhere near the kitchen. - I’d convert the 1/2 bath to a pantry. And the first bedroom would be an office. Take away the silly little desk area and put a linen closet there instead.

I kinda like this home. I like the size, the hallway/bedroom layout. I like that it has drywall (especially at this price point). Fixes/minuses: smaller half-bath; add small hall closet with door in foyer, somehow add a window in the kitchen, square sinks in the half-bath and Jack & Jill bath, close off the kitchen, wood trim only around the built-ins in the living room, no carpeting, add a bench in the master closet on the wall behind the tub, lose the tub (for some, this is a must but for me, it is a waste of $$, space and something extra to clean lol).

I like this one but would change a few things. I really need to design my own home.😄 I would have a bigger pantry, a wall between the living room & kitchen, vents in the ceiling, a deep sink in the utility room, put the office space to better use, no carpet in the bedrooms, double sinks in kitchen & a big porch on the front & back side. I know some don’t like carpet however if you don’t get expensive carpet you can change a larger room for about $325. I like the warmth in winter 🥶 and if it gets a bit warn or mashed down just Change it out in spring. It’s easier than you think. For some reason folks don’t think of that.

I didn’t see a pantry . The microwave is too low. Skip the 4 th bedroom , make the living room larger. Put the water closet in master bathroom in a room by itself. It is a very nice home with a few little changes.

Hi Robin Mullane, If you've never had ceiling fans, first thing to know is they must be mounted properly, otherwise you cannot run them on high speed because they wobble too much, and can fall down on you. They don't put out a lot of cool air in the summer, I prefer a 20 inch stand fan pointed at the bed for summer. However in the winter, you switch the fan blades into reverse, and they blow down the hot air that accumulates at the ceiling. That is the best part, running it on low in the winter to keep the air moving around the room. Hope this helps. I've had ceiling fans since 1980. I would choose different colors and trims-I’m not into all that brown and barn doors. I prefer simpler lines. I like that adjoining bedroom to the bath idea. I’d make one a den and the other a guest room but offer it as a suite to a visitor. The small bedroom would be my “storage room” and that computer/desk nook would be a pantry. Nice house. The half bath needs to be a coat cupboard/ pantry with a window. The smallest bedroom into kick-ass utility room. Present utility into closet to die for and present closet would be storage space. I have to agree this home is quite nice. My main issue is the kitchen cabinets. The shelving is too thinn. I’d expect that you can upgrade to thicker shelves. On the positive side. I really like the placement of the powder room. It’s central for all the main rooms. Regarding the office iBook, it’s too small to be functional. I’d rather have a closet in that space. The utility room is nice but needs a sink. The main bath is exceptional. Very nice. Truly above average. The closets areas are a little tight. On the whole this is another great home. Excellent value.

I'm ready to move into this house. Unique ceiling fans. The setup of the master bath with that massive closet is to die for! The tile in the shower is so pretty! I love the half bath, and the hallway desk. I would put a sink in the utility room and add a pantry to the kitchen. The flaws are that the 4th bedroom doesn't have access to the guest bathroom, and the microwave is way too low.

Love the colors and trim on the exterior. Nice living room kitchen area... Like the different color cabinets and island. Sheetrock walls are definite plus. Like the main closet and bath. I think this house was made with siblings in mind. It is a unique Jack-n-Jill concept. There is a hallway entrance to the bathroom. I think it was the way Chance showed us the connection but he exited into a hallway. 🤷🏾 But I would build a closet around the toilet for privacy there is enough room in there.

lovely home, and walking into the living room was nice. i also don't like the half bathroom being in that area. we lived in an really old house with the bathroom off of the dining room, and it came to a point no one really wanted to eat in the dining room. great show.

Hi Chance This house is remarkable. I love the openness of the living, dining, kitchen area, I love the built in area in the living room. The dining room is large and the glass doors let so much in. I like the computer niche in the hall . Good place to read your mail and check the email. The half bath is great for guests The bedrooms are a good size and I like the bathrooms between two bedrooms. Very nice. The master bedroom is very large and love the barn doors to the master bath. The bathroom is beautiful, so big! What a great tub. The closet is a real winner. Built in storage and lots of space to hang up clothes. The shower is beautiful and large. This house has it all. Remarkable floorings and a great utility room.
