GREAT floor plan! Love the fact that the door is not in the front! I've always said that is a waste of wall space. This is an actual livable floor plan! Excellent job and love the decorating!

Nice to find out about 100 amp service. I want to go solar and getting everything would need to be geared toward electricity from the beginning. TS 5:20: Love the electric fire place in the bedroom. Usually, it is only in the living room. This is a nice touch.

The bed is an Olympic queen 66" wide vs queen 60" - I have a hard time sleeping in a queen with my hubby so opted for the wider bed and while it's tight - I'm sleeping so good in this bed! There's a drawer at the end for storage and more room under the rest for suitcases etc.

You will need to first find out if you can even put one on private land wherever you live. Tiny homes are typically only allowed in rv parks/ mobile home courts. Check your area first. Shipping prices can run into the thousands dependent on where you are from vs where the manufacturers located. Tiny homes can run from 25k -200k plus Loy rents if you can’t put on private land.I’m guessing this one is in the 150k price range.

I’ve been searching for the perfect floor plan for 3 months. I think I have just found the one for me. I would absolutely add sliding doors in the master bedroom and also drop the floor for a little more space in the loft for my office space, add a full wall to add privacy and separate front loft area, and the other side of the loft will have a wall with the cute windows for more privacy and sound proof to be my 19 year old daughter’s temporary room and sleeping quarters when she home from college. Until she comes home it will be disguised storage space. Omg this is too perfect for me. I’m too excited right now, finally about to be a home owner, with my own land. I think I’m going to 😢 ❤😊

Pricing would be nice. I work from home, so I would use the living room as my office. I have a custom beautiful rolling desk/chair that would fit nicely in there. I love all the light and that you have the bedroom on the main floor. How much is it?

I am impressed with this floor plan. (and I can 'destroy' floor plans in a heart beat!) Good job to the designer/architect. Great tour. - I would want the loft closed with 'windows'. That way I could have a pocket door down stairs to block the upstairs and I would only have to cool or heat the downstairs except when I had company spending the night. Maybe have a hidden table flap on the hutch that can pull out and be used as a small table. ? Good job; love the colors, everything!!

The best tiny home I have ever seen! My husband and I really want one, but I have not found one that completely meets our needs in every category. This floor plan has enough storage, a first floor bedroom, proper lighting, pantry closet, linen closet, plenty of cabinets throughout, enough living room seating for guests, TWO loft spaces for an overnight guest, amole porch space....the list goes on and on. We could live in this house without issues and he’s a big guy! I wasn’t completely sold that we could have a tiny home that fits us and our needs and you just proved that is no longer true! 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻

Love the floor plan. I'd delete the linen closet and make it a walk in shower with no door. I'd also delete the queen bed if single and put in a full sized Captain's bed with drawers facing the fireplace. That way I could put a dressing table in front of the window. I'd use the back loft for storage and set up the front loft as a reading nook with flip out chairs if the grandkids want to sleep over. Oh and one more thing. I'd screen in the front porch with a cute wooden door so the wrap around would be open but the front would be bug free.

Amazing floor plan. I would like to add to loft to a height 5'9 with open ceiling for a cieling fan. I am 5'6 here haha. I probably interchange pantry and stackable washer/dryer area to opposite sides. Other than that, I love it. So would you guys be able to make those changes to suit my needs for me? Possibly a pebble rock shower floor with a window in bathroom somewhere.

Really would like to see a tiny house that is handicap accessible. No upstairs, bathroom with walk-in shower and a seat. Two bedrooms with twin beds in each so there is more access.

I agree Pam, I would love a tiny house that would be handicap accessible as I have terrible arthritis. I wish tiny houses could be 16 ft wide since a lot of mobile homes are. It would give a lot more space in a hallway.

This is really well done, all the appointments are really nice, just right. I’d just want to raise the upstairs ceiling so I could stand up and walk around. It would be great to make a retractable ceiling so when you’re on the road, you can drop it down, but when you’re parked, you can raise it to 7 or 8 feet to feel like a full room. Just gave you an original idea, trademark it, and be the first.

What the hell? You can't walk out to the porch through a door???? You have to go around outside to get onto the porch???? Pretty or not, that's just stupid! Loft is a coffin and the cabinets over master bed are too low.

The toilet paper is next to the shower on the other side of the sink about as far away from the toilet as you can get it without putting it inside the shower. Don't like not being able to walk straight out of the house onto the porch. Don't like walking into the kitchen from the main entrance. Why didn't you open the "big pantry, all that storage"?

Is a very nice home, but, there is only 1 way to get out on case of fire. Every house whether they be large or small needs 2 ways to escape. I knew a man that only had 1 door in his house and his house caught fire. He was in the back of his home when the fire broke out. He died that day because he didn't have a back door in order to escape. That's why every home needs 2 doors to get out.

This is absolutely the prettiest floor plan I have ever seen! When I get ready for my tiny home, I will definitely go with this one. Gotta sell my home first and decide where I want to live! Near my sister in Foley Alabama or my son in north Arkansas/south Missouri. I love both the beach and the mountains so I’m having a hard time deciding. I wonder if there is any way to vault the ceiling in the loft?
