Well said Marns you are spot on with the HARDEMAN! Absolutely stocked when we drafted him last year as he could surely be the POD in what North's backline is moving forward. We can afford him the time a space to develop at both VFL and AFL level and Daniel will certainly be the one on one mentor for Riley. Really think this next generation will take it up to the veterans and players like Tucker, Stephens, Fisher and even L-mac will start to feel the heat. What a time for North moving forward!!! IMHO 1 of Hardeman, Goater or Bergman needs a breakout year n lock down a halfback spot. Same for our small forward

Goater is the one if he didn't do his Achilles he'd have been on for a breakout year I remember that game against Gold Coast in 2023 when he played on the wing looked like he was primed and ready to have a big year Fingers crossed that Achilles holds up

Should be interesting both North and Richmond are now the youngest lists in the competition that’s good for the future but you want to be in the middle of that age and games experience to win Flags 🏆 North and Richmond hitting the Draft should be in a good position when the Tassie Team comes in with list age. North are the youngest then Richmond second Youngest now but still have Premierships player there to help the NEXT come in to where they want to be. I get the feeling we maybe 🤔 up against one another for Premierships 🏆 in the future given are list make up 🔝 good to see the north players pre-season have been doing there work as the competition is very even and I think we will see changes from year to year in Ladder position? Injuries now play a big factor as you have to have Telent as well as a healthy run on the injury front. History shows that if you are in the bottom seven you could end up last ? As it never seems to be the team the last season that ends up last. But someone in that bottom seven that has a shocking year with form and injuries. Example: everybody thought last year that West Coast was going to be last due to there shocking year before due to injury but that did not take place! It’s so even that it open to what happens in the season ? Maybe a North Melbourne vs Richmond Grand Final is going to happen sometime in the future ? And would be nice 👍 😁. 🏆17 🏆19 🏆20 🐅🐅🐅

He should jump Fisher pretty quick. He might just need to jump one more defender to get in the starting 22. I’m alright with him starting in the vfl and needing to dominate to take someone like McDonald’s position early in the year
