Every step you take with a momentum weapon gives you 20-35% extra damage per step, but only with momentum based attacks like the spear secondary and pistol primary. Love the series, hoping for insane momentum one-shots in your future!

DLC Weapons: Yes, there are three new weapons, and they’re available in the tainted essence shop. Easy to miss as they’re pretty far down in the list. But I highly recommend you unlocking them! Also you should really not sleep on the ability “Contamination”. It’s free like cheer and helps spread poison very quick in groups of enemies.

My lakeburg clear was also tough I had full ballista, full catapult, and 6 heroes. 3 heroes were dedicated to boss region. Only tip I would suggest is use your mana abilities more often (I was using hand crossbows, wands, and tomes)! Loving the videos and seeing our gameplay differences!

Love your content! You got me back into playing the game again. My only piece of advice: don't be afraid to use your mana, especially on the early days.

A massive QOL thing for me in this game was realizing where all the menus are (the z-m row in the keyboard). I started switching between the shop and my inventory with v and b, and switching weapon sets with tab. It feels smooth and speedy that way. And now I watch Barb..

Only certain weapons use Momentum. The sword, pistol and scepter's main attack use it. So you really dont want to be standing still with these weapons. So after every momentum consuming attack you wanna build up momentum again to get the most damage out of them. These momentum based weapons usually have other skills that help generate it like the pistol's Grappling Hook skill. The spear and 2-handed sword also have one attack that uses momentum.

lovin the content. some advice when you get to the boos stage you need to focus rush it down because the night will not end until and as soon as the boss dies.

Yey another one, its really lovely to watch and music awesome. I can remember the first time I was played can't even finish first night and give up. now because of you barb tried again and they balanced everything it seems, thanks for the heads up! I'm at last night in lake at my first try at normal and seeing what boss will do would be life savior in this game. As a suggestion you should use more spells! about mana regen at least and wood fence better then nothing for interrupt them

One thing I've noticed is sometimes you are conservative with Magic (you actually say it at one point in the video). Since characters have magic regen at the end of rounds (and during for some) I think it wouldn't hurt to start slinging abilities and spells. Hope that helps! I really ended up liking the game quite a bit, with the one exception of the boss fights themselves. Bosses feel very... gotcha-ey, because they give little signposting on what will come, and if you don't build for them it can feel a bit like you just spent all the time playing the lead-up to the bosses wasting it because you didn't know you had to do X Y or Z. The actual anti-horde gameplay I love quite a bit, but the boss fights, ugh.
