Well that GVM suspension setup including shocks, plus HD clutch, long range tank and snorkel is worth about 35k. Chassis extension around 7k. Each of those six wheels + tires is about $900-1000 each. So you can see it’s already cost over 100k and it hasn’t even been kitted out with canopy or accessories. A high end canopy often costs 20-30k. Rooftop tent $4-5k. You’d have to think the final bill would be at least $150k.

How did you guys get it engineered to be a 4 inch lift with 35s? I’m trying to go through this at the moment and I can’t get it engineered over a 3 inch lift and 33s because the 150mm lift with lane change is 3 inch suspension lift, then cab lift and only 2 inches on diameter change maximum in tyres. If anyone can tell me a way around this it would be much appreciated and a engineer that will do the plate

I can't believe, with all the money spent on the new rear end, the coils aren't moved further out. Rear stability would be far, far better than the existing narrow arsed spacing.

"Going in a different direction, game changing build".. looks like every other lifted 79.... the ONLY one that is unique in Australia is the one done by Blueflame automotive... its legal and you can fit 37s.... its the only true 5inch lift that reclasses the GVM etc
