Looks great. Have you considered car builders insulation throughout the cab and a stereo upgrade? Could be icing on the cake for this unit.

That JMAX setup looks sensational. Definitely think the upgraded diffs are mint. Shouldn’t have any issues with corrugation on your trips any more 👍

The silver looks bloody mint! 👌🏼 You’ve probably already decided, but you should definitely consider a MitsAlloy canopy and tray. That would look absolutely perfect on the back of that 79!

Well that GVM suspension setup including shocks, plus HD clutch, long range tank and snorkel is worth about 35k. Chassis extension around 7k. Each of those six wheels + tires is about $900-1000 each. So you can see it’s already cost over 100k and it hasn’t even been kitted out with canopy or accessories. A high end canopy often costs 20-30k. Rooftop tent $4-5k. You’d have to think the final bill would be at least $150k.

Hi, how come you didn't go with the airbag man full bag rear replacement? Also, are you changing the factory snorkel so it's actually sealed & not just raised air intake?

How did you guys get it engineered to be a 4 inch lift with 35s? I’m trying to go through this at the moment and I can’t get it engineered over a 3 inch lift and 33s because the 150mm lift with lane change is 3 inch suspension lift, then cab lift and only 2 inches on diameter change maximum in tyres. If anyone can tell me a way around this it would be much appreciated and a engineer that will do the plate

I can't believe, with all the money spent on the new rear end, the coils aren't moved further out. Rear stability would be far, far better than the existing narrow arsed spacing.

Wouldn't be nice if Toyota basically corrected all of these issues from the factory. You spend $80K and then need to spend another $50K+ to sort it all out. Fun if you have the money.

"Going in a different direction, game changing build".. looks like every other lifted 79.... the ONLY one that is unique in Australia is the one done by Blueflame automotive... its legal and you can fit 37s.... its the only true 5inch lift that reclasses the GVM etc
