With the prices of a halfway decent USED center console boats being so outrageous these days, I can definitely see the attraction. If I had a buddy with one, the fishpro would be tempting but otherwise I wouldn't feel comfortable hitting the islands alone with no backup.

Great review! Using my 2023 Trophy 170 for a year now. I was surprised that I never get wet unless I cowboy thru large swells. The engine compartment is always dry. With 2 people in ECO mode it cruises at 30mph, in sport mode 50mph. Low fuel consumption in ECO mode is outstanding. Cleanup and maintenance is nothing compared to my experience with boats. Unlike a boat this fits in my garage. Only complaint is if you run the live well when the engine is running you’ll kill everything in the live well due to carbon monoxide.

It's a gimmick for freshwater fishing unless they can a trolling motor option. In the ocean it would be usefull for spot lock.

Can you add the swivel seat to yours? That would be the only other thing id be interested in. Going faster with a bigger motor doesn't really seem to be that important. And besides, 24 grand, you can buy a really nice used bay boat for that.

The swivel seat and the live well is the game changer. I have a nice boat but if I'm solo, seadoo for sure. Unless I'm fishing fresh water for bass. My boat has spot lock and my sea doo doesnt.it will still work but I prefer more control close to the bank
