Our pond, only 550 gals. is really nice and peaceful. But, compared to that pond, ours looks like a puddle. But I love it! We have 8 adults and 3 2 yr olds. But so exciting, we had babies for the first time in 35+years. And for first time being baby koi parents, we didn't do bad. Ended up with 25-30 babies that are 5 weeks old today.

Theres at least a 24/7 drip water change. It's almost impossible to keep that pristine quality on a pond under direct sunlight.

​@@bomhayer15 Bruh I don't know much about the filtration system but I think they use the bead filters (large one) . One company that I know is the AST filtration system . I've seen this type of filtration system in large public aquarium in Thailand .

Love seeing Koi! The Japanese Botanical Gardens in Okinawa has thousands of koi that dog pile on top of each other when you approach them. Huge ponds there.

Those koi really on top of it. The straight forwardness of the pond makes it more koi focus pond. Some people put like water cascades, waterfalls and vegetations "might" lost some true glory of the pond(I mean you cant get that highiest water quality) the koi needed. That's my take. Thanks!

60 gallons laguna rectangular tub is nice too, but how do you clean every poop? Imagine the ammonia buildup overtime, if you don't clean every inch and corner of that pond... that's why I prefer a medium sized pond.

That really is an epic pond, just out of interest is this the pond we saw Matt from G## lining doing the fibreglass on a while ago?????...... There's not that many people in the UK with ponds of this size and quality... If it is then I am so glad that you have done this video as in the original he talked of his plans for stocking and I was hoping that one day a video would appear.... This guy seemed to be really passionate about the build, and it would be great if you could do a longer film showing the pond and fish in more detail and interviewing the owner, it would make a great KZbin video.............
