Jarod won’t have a career in the NFL after this implodes. He backdoored Bill, sold a bill of goods to Kraft, and it was what Bob wanted to hear because his ego told him he’s the smartest owner in the league. And for 20+ years he was…he was the owner that was smart enough to hire the best in the business and then get out of his way. Firing Bill, instantly makes him the dumbest owner in the league. You fired a guy who brought you 9 AFC Championships, 6 Superbowls and won the division 18 times in 22 years. Congrats, you and your son, are now going to end up going from the most beloved owners in New England, to the most vilified. Bill running the team for the 20yrs you didn’t start meddling, insulated you from the burning magnifying glass of Boston media and a passionate fanbase…because Bill had all the accountability. You got your big Ego pacifying moment of firing Bill…now the rest of your life you’re going to pay for it by watching people take apart what would have been a pretty great legacy in record time. You found a guy in Mayo with Zero loyalty to his coach, zero loyalty to the team to tell you what you wanted to hear..that somehow Bill wasnt able to coach or run a team anymore. You pushed out the greatest football mind in the history of the game, for a few backstabbing disloyal fast talking know it alls, who just wanted a shortcut to the top. 6 Superbowls should buy any coach the luxury of retiring when and how they want..good years or bad. (Think Mike Tomlin magnified). You may have billions of dollars, but money doesn’t buy common sense. The smartest and best thing you could do for yourself, your organization, and your region…is to admit you were wrong, apologize to Bill, ask him to come back and get his record as a Patriot and this time actually stop meddling, hire a real GM Bill actually respects to work WITH him, and stay out of their way. But that won’t happen, because of Ego. The same thing you were always so mad at Bill for doing to Tom (even though he was statistically trying to do what was best for the team, always).. is what you are guilty of doing to Bill. Watching ego destroy the greatest dynasty in sports is the choice you now have in front of you. Fire Mayo and co. Tomorrow, give Bill his job back, and go back to being the guy in NE that we all love to love.

@@vandy207 you see any age decline in the guy? He’s working and crushing at like 5 different media jobs, not once of them do you see any mental decline at all. He’s also sleeping with a 27ur old smokeshow. Bad seasons happen, especially in a league with a salary cap and draft system designed to punish success.

Yea those are the players Bill drafted, the same team that won 3 games last yr! Why are we still trying to discredit a first yr coach that we know got a team which isn't and wasn't going to be good in any way.

Judon and a few other players have changed . And new coach and coordinators next year? What young QB have done well with a new coordinator and coach every year? And I remember bill giving the team days off during camp last year. I don't remember last year's team being any better .

Really on Bill? I mean yeah Bill did leave him with the most money in the NFL to sign any player he could dream up. Left him with one of the best drafts orders any team could want! So the fact that Mayo spent 0 money drafted 0 online, yeah it's all Bills fault hahahaha.

How has Boston media gotten even worse? This is a non-story. His team is 1-6, which is no surprise. Everyone knew they were gonna suck going into the season. He's trying to challenge his team. Who cares? Losers who need you to consume their banal content for their livelihood.

@@vandy207 Boston sports media happily ran the unquestioned GOAT coach out of town because that's how pathetic they are. They buried the Kraft / hand job story and the fact it probably led to Brady leaving (I can't have Antonio Brown but you can get handies at a strip mall?). What sucks because we fight over our weight and our rivals are LA and NY we pretty much have the national media working against our teams but they have nothing on the local media.
