I did my calculation and i found out its extremely worth it for him. Plus his lore who he actually is, I'm not sure if we will ever get a character more supreme than an archon anytime soon. Plus i got that prime wings which looks as if it was made for Neuvillette so getting his weapon is the last step to complete my Neuvillette aesthetically. So in my opinion he deserves everything.

1.) Amber is free to play and is easily accessible, no more needed healers in the team, gives energy to the team. 2.) Eternal flow is at minimum 30% better than most weapon options, if you replace the circlet with a a good hp% main stat with decent crit substats, this would be marginally become much better and would do more compared to other f2p options. 3.) Eternal flow costs 200-300 dollars if you're not lucky 4.) its with staff of homa, so the banner is still good if you lose the 50-50 5.) Genshin's end game doesn't warrant any need for insanely good weapon selections and are merely optional, since artifacts carry the characters so hard in this game.

With proto amber, you dont need healer and hi ER. It will increase your damage with more offensive team comp. TOEF make a bigger damage neuvillette (in freeze and fridge is very usefull). I use both of them with deference team comp. Overall these weapon is good😍

I thought their er contributions were around the same, no? 8 energy every 12 seconds is pretty good and with a shield(whether thats Zhongli’s or others) no one in the team would reasonably get injured unless through corrosion. Neuvillette’s self healing capabilities are insane.

agree the dmg increase isnt worth so many primos in my eyes as a 5* char and if we count the max wishes u need for a weapon vs char, char wins this. 180 max pulls for char (1x pity lose for garanty) vs 240 max pulls for weapon (2x pity lose for garanty) so for lowspender and ppl with no money(like me) i would always recomment a char instead of a weapon specially because there are 4* weapons that perform simular for nearly every char

Ngl getting his weapon or pulling for the current weapon banner is worth it, you have Homa and his BiS/Sig weap. If you have him, better try your luck in the weap banner

I'm honestly having second thoughts of pulling for him since I already have Ayato for my Hyperbloom team, but I tried pulling and unfrotunately I lost the 50/50 (which is I'm not really mad about because I was able to get 2 copies of Yelan back to back on her last banner.) If Ayato and Childe can coexist together then so can Ayato and Neuvi and Childe. All of them fill their own purpose without fighting for their own slots. Childe is about Power. Ayato about Versatility. Neuvi is a mix of both. Plus you will never go wrong with a hydro character (rip Candace).

Keep the amber on him. Lost prayer is much better used on other dps catalysts like wanderer or klee. The amber helps a lot with his rotations making you have guaranteed bursts when you need it. The damage difference could go either way, but the quality of life you get from the amber pearl is amazing, specially if you have other burst-reliant characters with you.

Remember inhot guaranteed was hard pity 70 and hot 100 wishes , with hutao c0 and dbr5 , spended 70nwishes on weapons banner and got toef , next went to neuvillete and got him, after 2 weeks saved 40 more wishes and beat the 50/50 on c1 nuevillete ill get him on his rerun c3r1

the tome is only good for neuvilette unfortunately, id say since he's already an extremely solid main DPS you could go for him, furina still has a decent bit of time yet until she comes out so you could still get him and have a bit of time to save for her

Its similar to the Kagura or Redhorn where the stat stick is very nice but the passive is pretty specific to the point where it really only benefits niche characters or the character the signature was made for.

Just take some beatings from enemies before attacking 😂 and you get the stacks. If you do that it's definitely very good for CA DPS builds like wanderer and Klee. Heck even DPS Barbara.

The keqingmains guide said that TotEF R1 is a whopping 37% more DPS than Prototype Amber at ANY refinement... and yet in this video, I see Neuvillette killing A.S.I.M.O.N. faster by less than one second. I guess 1) Kazuha and Fischl are contributing significant total DPS so that TotEF's 37% increase is diluted, and/or 2) Neuvillette doing 37% more damage isn't significant when the baseline is killing a boss in 16 seconds (including team member rotation/setup). I saw the 37% and thought it was a must-pull, but now I'm thinking I'll get Neuvillette and be perfectly happy with Prototype Amber.

I haven't fully built my Neuvillette so I can't judge if it was worth it fully, but I kind of regret getting the weapon so far. I was planning to get Wriothesley and Furina after Neuvillette, but I figured I could afford to use some primogems on ToEF. I got Homa twice, which would normally be great, but I already have a Homa each for Zhongli and Hu Tao. I haven't decided whether to use them for refinement or level them up. Though I'll keep saving them for now. I remembered from another comment on this video that Arlecchino was leaked to be a pyro polearm. And now, I only have enough primogems to guarantee one 5 star character.

Its depends on what you have pulls or not. if you wanna use safe route BP weapon at R5 will have *EXACTLY* same power as the Tome and Prototype amber is already good for him. the argument for the weapon is..... both weapon kinda good. Homa is always fit as fiddle to other polearms character if you didnt get Tome, but yea there is still a chance you lose 50:50 on rate up. TL;DR wanna efficiency and safest route for his weapon? Prototype amber amd Sacrificial Jade is the way. You feeling lucky today ? you can try your luck as i able to get 2 Homa and 1 Tome with 65 Pulls so yea ☠️

It depend on enemies HP. Against easy overworld boss with 200-300k hp, there are barely any difference. Against 700k-3 million HP boss?, massive difference. Do mind widsith buff only last for 10s with 20s cooldown, and once you swap to renew vv shred the buff is gone, and you need to get the right buff because atk and em buff are useless on him. its heavily rng. Neuvi will be on field for 20s if you play him in right rotation, once you past that 10s, his damage will massively gone down.

Yes f2p friendly + best dips in the game and is going to get much much much stronger than this in the future. Will probably deal at least 2.5 times the amount shown in this vid.

He is very F2p. You don't really need his BiS, if you can get Prototype Amber. He scales of HP, and is self sustaining as in he Heals himself, when he uses those blue balls, after his Ultimate and Skill. But getting a Shielder is important for him if you don't have his C1. He does not have Hit resistance while performing his charged atk.
