If you go for a 458 speciale. Go for the aperta version. It is a bit more expensive, but defintly going up in value. Last hardcore ferrari v8 without a turbo and limited, where the regular speciale wasn’t limited. And by my opinion, de spider versions of the 458 look much better and you can take the roof off.

458 Spec IMO will be the Ferrari, from this period, to own in 10-20 years. One of the last absolutely most visceral, aurally pleasing Ferrari machines. Only really topped by the V12 TDF.

I reckon after the next model Ferrari V8 launch, the value will again start to go up, considering it's the last naturally aspirated V8 from Ferrari. At the moment people have slowly forgotten about it, and a phase will again come for huge craze for this car!
