I am 6 months pregnant and a frequent traveller . Have travelled for long hrs, more than 13..14 hrs including over night journeys. Did not face any issues till now. Mostly I prefer train over other modes of transport especially considering the indian road conditions. Since the recent scan showed low lying placenta , I have avoided long distance road travels. But still travels by train. I don't think, we should restrict ourselves from travel during pregnancy. We are just pregnant not patients...

I travelled once over flight from Bangalore to Mumbai and back after 4 days. I had bleeding and adviced bed rest. My doctor banned me from travel after that. I was first told it is not a restriction till 22 weeks. I was 37 and a primigravida

I traveled even 3 days before my baby was born. My profession includes a lot of traveling so I guess my body was used to it. I made sure I informed people in the place I was travelling to about my pregnancy. I also did my homework on which hospitals I could go to incase required. My husband accompanied me.

I travelled for more than 350 km in 2nd month of pregnancy for almost 8hrs by car. My doctor restricted me but it was urgent i have to. . But by God's grace i have made it to 5th month pregnancy and am healthy. . As mam says pregnancy is not a disease its robust and strong. . Make yourself strong, have good mindset Positive thoughts ❤. . And God is there to handle 🙏

Hello mam, I am having a frozen embryo transfer. Can i travel right after the transfer or should i wait for 2 days.or wait till a positive pregnancy test. I have had 4 miscarriages with unexplained reasons before. I live in Canada and it ll be a 24 hr travel time with 16-12 hrs at a stretch for one flight.
