Yay yet another trike that has insane agility and basically relies on tailriding to fight (rex should be more agile imo while trike should be tankier, which is basically the opposite right now with vanilla stats 💀)

I did notice a lot of the ceratopsians we've been getting have really good turn radius. Though tail riding is Gunn's specialty, I do believe it shouldn't be that easy to attempt it with a dinosaur who should be relying on heavy head damage and a weak backside. KTO did a great job with Pachyrhino though really giving it that face tank all ceratopsians deserve in turn of having it have quite possibly the worst turn radius of any dinosaur in-game modded and vanilla.

@@raritica8409 its either very difficult and barely winnable or just a simple facetank where you always win currently lol, at least with eotrike vs vanilla rex. Eotrike is more agile than vanilla rex, and unless the rex uses facetank it loses to a trike with sharpen horns. Otherwise if it uses facetank even with sharpen horns trike loses. Its a very boring matchup imo currently compared to some other fights like giga vs pt rex, allo vs stego, etc.

best? It's literally a silver with that turning radius. I honestly need this game to add mechanics that rely more on player skill. Not in luck. And that run attack is ridiculous. If you are going to add abilities like this, add fire breath to the rex. By the way, I love how you talk about PvP as if it depends on the player's skill, I recommend For Honor if you really want to test your brain skill. I mean. R1,R1,R1,R1,R1,R1,R1. I wish Aldreon would take more advantage of the system of body zones and the damage caused, being better to attack a barb on the head for example, or a rex on the thighs. PvP, no numbers please. PvP in PoT is already boring, it's always the same. There is no chance of beating a rex with a daspleto if the rex has the turn rate of a megalania. I would like to see a buff that would prevent turn rate for 0.5 seconds if the tail is attacked. And it's stupid that a rex has such a powerful tail xD. I'm just saying, they should focus on the body areas, their advantages and disadvantages, to make the pvp more intense

I noticed something when you tail ride and it's something I am trying to stop doing myself, I'm not sure if youre holding sprint while behind them, but you're pushing to far into them. Your horns have hit boxes all the way to the tip. You don't need to be so close into them. I do this to and have died countless times getting stuck

@@MoreGunn just felt like i couldnt outrun anything that could kill me or out damage anything that could kill me. a solo cerato face tanked me when i was full grown and killed me. an acro sprinted across an entire biome and caught me and killed me (after face tanking once he caught up to me) honestly just doesnt feel good what so ever. I kinda feel like they need to reduce its size/weight and increase the speed OR buff it up to be more in line with trike. its a trike that cant fight essentially. which is weird because its damage and defence are quite high,but i honestly think the stats just arent correct when they show you

Tbh I think the block is better than the stomp since its so slow. Its crazy though how strong this thing is facetanked and got behind a rex and killed it very easily. I still think apato is the best herbi but this is still very good. But this thing has one weakness... sleeping! One lucky giga fought me and I slept and died in seconds.

Its a 6000 cw, 800 hp monster that can outdps everything in its tier and below, its faster than everything else in its tier and with lightweight scales it can be faster than sucho and alberta. It runs at 890 base but with lightweight it goes up to around 970. With a 550 trot so you can out-trot most things in the game. If you dont see how this is problematic, i dont really know what to tell you

@@Sticky-00 trike can be beaten very easily, it should have really good damage, its not that fast even its charge is pretty slow the only good thing about its "speed" is its acceleration which is the case with literally every apex in the game, and IF you're running lightweight scales you're just dumb because your turning becomes ass the stamina is absolutely god awful, trike is everything a trike should be it cant even face tank 90% of the stuff in its tier so idk what you're talking about like bars, eo (old and new) stego do way more damage than it or the fights are incredibly close, I do not think it should get a nerf the damage is fine it literally has less cw than a rex the stamina is absolutely terrible its not as fast as people claim it is without lightweight scales (again if you run lightweight scales that takes 15% of your turning radius you are just dumb) its a glass cannon.

Good content as usual, although personally I don't like PoT combat, feels to gimmicky, lasts to long, and doesn't have enough risk involved. What I think would be interesting is in the future maybe trying out the isle as a PoT player, as I feel like the combat there has a lot more meat to it than PoT's. And if not maybe trying to do combat on a high realism server where there's rules around tail riding, Regardless keep up the good work, always love seeing stuff from yah.

The movement system definitely sucks for combat, they need at least a couple more mechanics to make it playable, instead of tailriding and the really bad peekabite meta. An evasion and lock-on mechanic would be perfect, and also enough of this dumb turn-radius exploit

It’s not accurate but it’s sure is fun. I mean mods are not supposed to be accurate. That’s the devs jobs. In my opinon the most realistic mod team is PT the parasaurolophus is oversized but it’s based in the largest parasaurolophus to possibly ever exist so it’s still accurate it’s just not based on a average sized para. KOT is the second most realistic

2:05 how are you bleeding that hard? Idk if its a bug but Ive had max bleed as something like allo from a conca and it still doesn’t seem to drain much even when Im running, which is why Ive always felt like bleed in this game was kinda weak. It doesn’t drain your hp very fast and once you hit max (usually like 2 hits lol) you don’t bleed any further, and it doesn’t drain much more than a fraction of your hp according to the dark red on your hp bar. I feel like here though you were gonna bleed out completely though you weren’t that low, Idk if bleed output for each creature changes that though? 🤣 sorry this is a lot but Ive never fully understood how bleed works lol…

I hope deinocheirus gets some buffs tbh, its turning is pretty bad due to not having any quick precision turn movements, and its attacks are also pretty weak for an apex. Though its really strong as an aquatic from what I hear, its not good enough on land honestly and can still use some love overall though.
