Hey Chris, you made it to the ruins and cenotes in tulum 😬 I agree with you, I have no plan to go back to mexico anymore. Not my type of vacation spot to be honest, just there to see the ruins.

No one EVER said it was family friendly 😂

I rented a car at the airport for $160 US for 5 days. Was cheap and very convenient. Tulum was definitely more of a party vibe and didn't seem kid friendly. It was a bit pricey and the sea weed sucked.

I appreciate your honest opinion. Most of the reasons that you did not care for Tulum I think apply generally and not just to families traveling in children. We are a couple without children and what you experienced does not sound appealing to us either. I see you still got an over the top room in your next hotel. Very fancy. Maybe too over the top for the average viewer? If you are targeting the high end traveler, please let us know. That is certainly a niche market that you may be after. Thanks for sharing!

Thank you for watching! I do travel luxury sometimes to treat myself. Especially when not with the kids on rare occasions 🙏🏽

Christopher, i agree with you 100%. Tulum is a waste of time and especially money. this is coming from a Michigan boy. your videos lead me to many great places my friend. last year i did palawan el nido $ boracay. wow the Phillipines is truly heaven, the last frontier. thanks for your time making these videos. fyi, kindly if time allows, head south from tulum about 90 minutes ,to a small town callled bacalar. water is amazing
