How is Tunisia important to the development of Africa? It's literally a vassal state to Algeria. Algeria gives them free oil and provides military protection. if anything Algeria is one million times more important to Africa than Tunisia

Isn't democracy the right of the people to choose their leader ? well Tunisians want this men to lead their nation. why didn't you mention that the constitution only changed after a referendum in which 94% was in favor of the changes proposed by kais said. what happened in 2021 was demanded by the people since the parliament wasn't doing anything but fight among themselves and prevent the president from doing what's necessary to fight their corruption.

you must keep your public officials, and media, safe from sub-saharan heroin control...sub--saharans carry some primate dna, and are still adapted to cannibalism.....they breed faster then the food grows until there is nothing left, and each and every one of them is as if programmed to transform the entire planets bio-mass into them.

the sub-saharan heroin is a transparent foreign weapons system .... that's where it started, and everywhere else that produces it, did so as a defensive measure, to keep sub-saharans from eating them alive ... sub-saharans literally breed faster than the food grows...case in point, sub-sahara has been found to have been illegally obtaining livestock feed from the united states for centuries...there was 4 feet of topsoil here once, once there where no segregated schools, we lost our last 2 feet of topsoil to a sub-saharan methane plume in just 60 years time.

Tunisia’s Project 2025.
@mohamedbenhamida5652
@mohamedbenhamida5652 2 ай бұрын
Not really project 2025 includs the treatment of all federal technical expertise as political hires. This didn't happen in Tunisia at no point. Technical expertise even back in the days of Ben Ali could face problems and be ignored in promotion, but they maintained some type of freedome. Back in the day my father was an engineer at a state owned company and managed to rise to the level he was answering directly to the CEO. Everybody in the company knew my father was opposition. This didn't change under kais.

The error was transforming Tunisia into semi-presidential republic instead of a parliamentary one. Why would little centralized country ever need a strong president? The president must have the faculty to propose martial law to the approval of the parliament, not to gain dictatorial powers and suspend the parliament(none of western countries with stable democracy has such provision, not even one).

He was the only president who fought against corruption and he succeeded, despite being tackled by the western media like BBC and SkyNews and France24, he won with a majority of vote and he managed to stabilize the country in all aspects in security and economy, he came into power in a very democratic way he won the election against 30 candidate 80% of these 30 candidates were using dirty money to affect the vote of the Tunisians citizens, and he still won against them by the majority of the vote. Still a lot of challenges ahead of Kais Saied but as a Tunisian citizen, I am proud of having him as a president. He did a very great job to the country and still a lot to come in the future we all understand the hate towards Tunisia and towards its president because of his opinion about the war in the Middle East and the genocide against the Palestinians and how the European countries and the US lobbies trying to control Tunisia for their benefits so they can implement their agenda in order to create chaos in Tunisia 🇹🇳

It’s not the people. It’s the system that didn’t work. If those provisions about dictatorial powers for the president during martial law wouldn’t be written inside constitution then this would probably never happen. Although if president would be a ceremonial role and instead of centralized electoral commission there would be decentralized system in place to organize elections then dictatorship would never happen again.

Discussing the system of government is a part of any democratic tradition, even if the system is at times undemocratic. All the western-country principles of democracy touted by all these western-coutry medias come from the discussions we in the west have been having amongst ourselves. We have gone through the consequences of our actions in our history, so we have worries. That's all. Personally, I can understand it if the Tunesians want to discuss this for themselves. I see Tunesians in this comment section defending political choices, discussing their politics. Good luck! Sincerely, a citizen of the Netherlands
