Thanks! You don’t need to pay for IHS if you’re a health and care worker who is eligible for a Health and Care Worker visa (or you’re their dependant). But in your case, you will be applying for Graduate Visa, so based on my understanding you will have to pay for IHS. It wouldn’t have been the case if you were applying for Health and Care Worker visa. But do check with UKVI once to confirm

i have zuno travel insurance purchased with education loan. can I use it in UK for nhs
