You need to export it in a format game engines understand. (i.e. FBX) And to do that properly you need to use a 3D software like 3dsmax or Blender. There are special tools (Unity Reflect) that can support certain BIM workflows directly from the architectural software, but it requires a subscription.

Do bears shit in the woods? Why do you say "may not be as accurate"? What accuracy issues are there? :D Nonsense. A lot of nonsense. Unity is great for ArchViz and it is as good as Unreal. The only thing it lacks is realism out of the box, which is something you can solve quickly by creating certain templates for your projects. It's not that Unity is not capable, but unlike Unreal, it takes a bit of fiddling to attain. After you create a template, it will require zero time like in Unreal.
