Seeing this kind of "treatment" makes me so uncomfortable as well. It seems like a way to get parents desperate to "fix" their child (who isn't even broken) to pay a whole bunch of money instead of putting that money towards things that will actually benefit their neurodivergent child, and putting that time towards learning to understand their child instead of attempting to force them into a neurotypical mold.

Well obviously you and your wife can speak and have an independent life. My son won’t have that so we are left with no option. Get mad all you want but as his mother I’m his only advocate.
