Is Untamed at Walibi Holland as good as they say?

After 4 long years we've returned to Walibi Holland - home to one of Europe's best roller coasters, Untamed! In this video, we explore the park, give our thoughts on what's changed since our last visit, and aim to ride Untamed a lot.

Untamed just hasn't got any deadspots, instead it relentlessly rushes through the layout. Definitively one of RMC's finest work with what they had to deal with.

I'm literally in a car back from Walibi now and my friend recommended your channel. Really pleased to see you liked untamed. I'm a complete novice, and would go so far as to say I have somewhat of a fear of rollercoasters... But something about Untamed really worked for me. It's incredibly intense, but there's something so consistently smooth and joyous about it that I was able to forget about my anxiety. By the end I was just laughing hysterically!

5:30 To me its very neat ride. The only negative thing i can say about it from my experiences is that it only focusses on positive G-forces. The trains are not comfortable but on the other hand the ride is really smooth. The launch is fantastic though.

My home park has the *other* Untamed, a Gerstlauer Euro-Fighter (identical layout to Rage at Southend or Falcon at Duinrell, which it resembles most closely). Reading about this Untamed is odd for that reason. The only RMC I've ridden is Wicked Cyclone at Six Flags New England, which is an amazing coaster and makes me want to experience more.

A nice surprise to see another vlog from you Harry and Zoe! Glad to see you had a good time at Walibi Holland. Untamed does look very interesting; can definitely understand it being weird after riding Robin Hood in 2018. How was the trains/restraints for taller people? I got to try a few RMCs this summer as well. Some were fine but one of them killed my shins.

When you visit the park once then Untamed hands down beats Goliath. As a season pass holder though I have got to say Goliath is my favourite ride at Walibi Holland. It's just fun every single time you ride, no matter how you are feeling, I never get bored it's just great every time you ride. Untamed is the better rollercoaster for sure but sometimes I find it harder to ride over and over again like Goliath.

For me, Untamed is just not the one. I take Wildfire at Kolmården any day before Untamed. Walibi Holland is still a great park though and I hope that me and the cameras can come back in a not to distant future. Great content as usual.

Harry can I ask, while at Walibi Holland you only got off ride footage, i take it on ride video recording is prohibited at Walibi Holland?

As far as I'm aware you're not allowed to film on rides at Walibi Holland without specific permission from the park.

It's a close call for me, tbh. I like Untamed's layout better, but I have a pet peeve with the restraints that there's nothing to hold on to to kinda feel how the forces are before letting go. Goliath wins hard there, and I'm a sucker for airtime, so... end of tje day I really can't decide, both are awesome, both do certain things better than the other
