Is Vanderpump Cocktail Garden at Caesars Palace the Ultimate place for a Las Vegas “Pre-Game”?

I love that shirt! It’s already packed for our trip to Vegas tomorrow. We’ve found we really enjoy either of the Vanderpump locations, and we can’t wait for Pinky’s to open at the Flamingo. Well… it’s funny you say that because when the weather does heat up we are still going to dress up for night but we are staying “Arizona (and Vegas - let’s just say Desert) dressy” on this trip. This one was filmed on our last trip in Dec/Jan so the jackets kept us warm while looking classy, but for this trip we are bringing “one” jacket each for the steakhouse video and have some nice button up long sleeves for the evening for those evening times where do need to dress up. But it’s quite crazy how much of a wardrobe change we are doing for this trip as we are packing today 😂 Thanks for watching and we do hope that you enjoyed the episode ❤️ -Paul

Also… Vegas is thankfully on average about 10 degrees cooler in the winter than Phoenix and in the summer about 5 degrees cooler on average so while it’s still due to be hot, we are thankfully going somewhere for a week slightly cooler than at home 🎉🎉🎉 -Paul

😮 - Growing up in SoCal and living in Arizona all my adult life I assumed that Chamoy was just a regular thing, but I have definitely been shocked when the people I game with who live on the East Coast audibly died in shock when I talked about spicy cocktails or spicy candy being a regular thing. They were like, “you live in a literal oven and eat spicy food, make it make sense” 😂😂😂 But I will say. I never thought that a Vanderpump restaurant would even entertain spicy cocktails because she is British but I was pleasantly surprised to find them on the menu and so glad I ordered them. Those cocktails were pretty amazing and we are glad to hear you are living vicariously through the video ❤️ I am a sucker for a spicy 🌶️ cocktail 🔥 and Vanderpump didn’t disappoint. I know there were some amazing cocktails at Vanderpump A Paris, but I preferred the Cocktail Garden more for the cocktails because there were some spicier and smokier options here versus the sweeter cocktails at her Paris restaurant. Both were great but I feel like she put more variety into her cocktails here. -Paul

Thank you for going there. I’ve wanted to go but was always too shy to go myself. lol. The drinks looked good I’m not a huge drinker so I might try one The bao tacos are looking yummy. I would try those for sure. I’m so glad you guys liked them. Do you think people go there just for the food and not drinks? Thank you for saying that it wasn’t cheap. ❤❤❤

Well to be honest this was more of a cocktail bar with really good small bites. Whereas Vanderpump A Paris had more emphasis on the small bites and food but there’s no rule saying you can’t just go for the small bites. Because they were really good. -Paul

Me and the wife went here a few years ago. It was good, really good, but I do sometimes find it hard to justify how much we paid for a two drinks and a small amount of food that didn't really fill me up. So, not really for me, but my wife loved it so, we'll probably be back. :)

I can definitely appreciate that feeling. The prices were high. However, I’m with your wife. We loved it, so we’ll probably be back to pay for more ridiculously expensive cocktails. -James
