Walgreens is totally overpriced, but if you shop there enough you get coupons (like $6-$7 off your next purchase if you spend $30 or more) that mitigate the extra cost. At any rate, some nice hits here! I'll go with Tatsugiri.

Yup, that's the way to shop for cards there. If you have the app you can get extra coupons, too which helps bring the costs down even more.
