🌟 Just dropped my latest video on the WayB Pico Car Seat - it's a game-changer for travel! Lightweight, folds up tiny, and a breeze to set up. 🚗✈Not sure about the official bag though... it's got a price tag. 🤑 No fear, though! I've got a trick up my sleeve for scoring the Pico without breaking the bank... well, ok, breaking it slightly less. Check out the video and if you dig the tips, smash that like! 💖 I'll be following up soon with a comparison of the WayB Pico and the Cosco Scenera Next - subscribe so you don't miss it! What else do you want to know about the WayB Pico?

Great video, can i take the pads off and soak the aluminium base with all the belts, in a lukewarm soapy water and air dry it atall
@TaraInHerMomEra3 ай бұрын
Thanks! In my manual for the car seat, it says that the pads can be removed for cleaning just like you said (warm water, mild soap) but says to spot clean the aluminum. I imagine that the aluminum parts will be fine with some a nice wipe down with water every so often - I don't think soaking would be necessary. If you end up getting it, I'd double check in your own manual that it says the same as mine.

@@TaraInHerMomEra I see, but the aluminium has got a fabric piece attached to it, it's this fabric bit and the belt straps which are also attached to the aluminium frame, and I am thinking to soak it and air dry it? I don't think this fabric bit comes off? How would you clean these bits then? Thanks

@@rayhanabdullahz7093 It seems to me all the fabric pads are removable from the alumnimum but the belts aren''t (see video below). According to my manual: Fabric pads - spot clean or hand wash with warm water with mild, wool-safe detergent. Harness straps - spot clean with cold water and mild soap. Aluminum base - spot clean with warm water. Do not use detergents. That's all to say, I don't see soaking anything listed in the manual so I wouldn't do it. wayb.com/blogs/videos/installing-and-removing-pico-fabric-covers

Great video. Thank you for the proper demonstration. Just one question, is a 2.5yr toddler comfortable to nap on this car seat while driving? Do their heard tilt forward or are they rested well on the sides? Thank you!

I'm glad it was helpful! That's a great question - mine *can* fall asleep in it without her head falling forward but she doesn't usually because it doesn't lean backwards (meaning it's less comfy for sleeping purposes). When she does fall asleep, though, she is turned to the side with her head resting on parts that swoop forward a bit. I think about it as equivalent to airline seats that sometimes have a little bit of the headrest you can pull forward. So, to answer your question, the seat is rested on the sides but not WELL rested on the sides. Does that help?

Did you find a backpack that fits it but isn't $95?
@TaraInHerMomEra5 ай бұрын
Unfortunately, not well. It obviously fits in those giant backpacks that are for car seats but that sort of defeats the purpose of having the nice, small car seat in the first place. I ended up buying the J.L. Childress booster seat bag (link below) - it's pretty thin and doesn't have backpack straps but it works! I end up carrying it on my arm or just sticking it under the stroller so it works! www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00HACFAPG/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_search_asin_title?ie=UTF8&psc=1

Oh! I just saw that they're doing a sale at Albee on both the car seat and the backpack. If the backpack is a must-have for you, this might be the time! myaccount.albeebaby.com/mod_myRewards/referralWelcome.php?referralCode=RRXGPX
