Redmi Note 5 Pro was the best phone ever, Camera quality is amazing, 6 years completed, Genuine battery replaced once, Only shortcoming is Hybrid sim slot (no dedicated sd slot, still using 256GB card with workaround) GCam is performing very good with NightSight after that all Xiaomi phones are of poor quality, service support is worst

There are some reasons why for xiaomi fall (my perspective ) 1. Ads in ui 2. No software support (only 1-2 Years) 3. Pricing 4. Launching multiple phones in a year. They should have focused on software as they have very good hardware. 5. Very late updates I am using redmi note 9 pro series. And i don't like its update cycle. I was receiving android update after 6-8 months of android release. Its hardware is really capable enough but the software is really bad. I have to use custom rom to get the full power of my device.

Maine abhi tak bahut saare custom rom use kiye hain. Zyadatar custom rom safe hote hain lekin maine kuchh custom rom use kiya tha jisme fast charging ka support nahi tha, too mujhe root kar ke fast charging enable karna pada tha, Lekin wo bilkul safe nahi tha phone overheat kar raha tha

Honestly, Redmi Note series processors used to be good at there price point but now they just give weaker processors according to its price point. So much for value for money. Honestly, they started giving Mediatek processors 😅 which just lasts till last 2 or 3 years and then starts to slow down, Therefore Snapdragon is more Reliable.

I have been a dedicated Xiaomi user from Note 4 till Note 8 Pro and even my friends are still using Note 9 Pro....but after that shifted to Vivo U 20 then Samsung for a few months and finally Nothing.... And I feel... Vivo was a great choice ...the u series used to be great although no updates.... samsung f23 was a mixed bag... Updates made it a crap and I have been using Nothing since 5months almost got 4 updates did all of that and no degradation.....
