​@shock1860 Modes and Routines is already very useful, especially if you have a smarthome, but an 'ElseIf' option allows you to basically bolt a whole other routine onto a routine. For instance, if you have a 'Work Mode' routine that, I don't know, limits the apps you can use, turns off your heating at home, and stops notifications... You could add a location-based ElseIf that doesn't turn off the heating when you're working from home, and allows your work email and chat through.

It's already so limited, this is def over hyped. I can't even set up a routine to make outgoing calls default to speakerphone (can only create a working routine around "answered calls", routine doesn't work with the only other option of "ongoing calls"). A routine I only created because this standard option is missing from settings on Samsung. The Routines app also gets battery & RAM intensive as it is, with the most basic Routines like double-tap power button for screenshot (crashes & freezes so much I rarely use it).

4:45 We've also lost customisation on the status bar. it is apart of Samsung's reasoning to 'declutter' the status bar for a minimalist approach... same has been done for bluetooth/active alarms and wifi calling. It's got mixed reviews, majority see it as frustrating and absurd. I mean, I was confused as to whether my Bluetooth was connected or not, it just adds an extra step to everything. Knowing that your alarm is set is essential, it isn't clutter.. we've connected a Bluetooth device, we've set an alarm, we've WANTED that 'clutter'. It's like the split notification & control panel, I had to go into the control panel, click pencil, and change it from separate to together. One UI 7 is absolutely horrid in my opinion, from the icons to user experience. On the lock screen, they've removed the notification preview under the clock, and now only shows in the top left of your screen, next to the service provider. the only known way to restore that is by going to notifications > lock screen and choosing the 'Cards' option.

27:31 Let me correct you. Yes, you are able to get more panels from galaxy store in one ui 6.1 but this doesn't mean that you can't use them in one ui 7! While you can.. you might check out other panels you are interested in download them and you'll be able to use them in the one ui 7 upgrade as well. It's just the difference is that the galaxy store option will not be available in one ui 7.

I hope the settings wheel will be moved out of the collapsible menu again in the camera app and that you can reduce the UI back down to just words instead of icons plus words. As someone who uses their Ultra with one hand a lot, reaching upwards is much more difficult than reaching across and now everything moved higher. The vertical app drawer I hope also returns. I had vertical ones in the past but really enjoyed the horizontal one on the Samsung once I got it. The notification change is probably the most annoying. I want it to show every notification, not just the most recent three. And especially not just a dot. The quick settings seems nice. Finally we can get as many rows as we want. I just hope the left/right pull down won't become too annoying. In 99% of cases I do want the quick menu and especially when I have nothing in the left menu, it should always open the right menu. The bottom swipe down is what I use right now and I hope it stays possible. So in the end, the "together" setting really is what saves it for me here. Grouping alarms is GREAT. I love that feature!!! Zhr routines I definitely have to try out, because now I think I could use it as a way to steer my smart bulbs on a room by room bases depending on where I move to. Quick Share updates are always welcome. I hope this keeps being a thing across brands and across android and windows as a whole. I now just hope Apple lets such an app onto their store too because right now I cannot quick share to them and AirDrop will never come to Android. The new file picker is also great, much appreciated!

You forgot about the DIY Home feature, where you can FULLY customise and move the home pages to your exact liking, no more snap-to-grid. You also forgot about the fact that you can customise the percentage of the top of your screen that will show you the notifications and/or the menu when you swipe down from the top. I'm not a fan of the new battery icon in the Status bar, at least let there be an option to keep the Battery to be the Battery icon. I also am not a fan of some of the widget updates. Nose of them can no longer be transparent, and the clock widgets are no longer transparent either. I used to have transparent widgets to improve the aesthetic of my phone, but now I've got black blobs everywhere

To get horizontal app drawer press sort on the 3 dots and select custom,unfortunately it doesn't put it alphabetically but you can arrange them and have a horizontal app drawer again,hopefully samsung will add alphabetically in the final build.
