This is absolutely magical- this is something I would have loved to do as a child. I’m now 78 and just started playing with watercolour- so relaxing and enjoy it. I learn through videos and différents artists. Love them all but yours is so unique. Thank you.

I, too, loved fairy tale books when I was a child, and still do. That’s probably what attracted me to your tutorials. Sometimes when I think of becoming a better artist, I am concerned that I will be copying you. I hope that you know what I’m trying to say - I think you are wonderful, but I want to have my own style. Thank you very much for another fine video.

Loving this, I think I'm still trying to find my style. I started a couple of years ago, actually a covid artist never too late too start painting and I too am a little bit stuck now. I like your ideas of fairy tale books as I'm a grandmother. Could you let me know the book you shared, the only childhood book I have is Edin Blyton 12 oclock tales which would probably be 67 years old 😊

Thank you! Oh gosh what book did I share? It must have been the one called Faeries written and illustrated by Brian Froud and Alan Lee. The other book was a collection of fairytales ❤️

Out of curiosity, what are the colours in your limited palette please? I always enjoy testing new colour combinations ❤

Hello, Indian red, cadmium red light, Naples yellow, cerulean blue are my go to colours, but then I also introduced a neutral tint , Rose Doré, Mint and I think a small pan of raw sienna, permanent rose and a purple by Roman Szmall. So not too limited anymore, but the two reds, the cerulean blue and Naples yellow + rose doré get used the most
