My beagles are so food driven im more worry about them getting overweight. Walking them three times a day and dog park twice a week just to ensure they maintain thier current weight. At this rate i may need to pick up rabbit hunting....

beagles are overwhelmingly overweigh. i met an american couple and they said "your beagle too skinny" i was like, ahm correction, healthy and happy! you see, my beagle eats lean red meat (from where i come from, we only really have red meat but plenty) when you feed them with actual food, they dont put weight and guess what, they eat what they burn! i want my beagle running around and not get bloated from all that dry food basically corn bread doused in soup.

Your dog needs to understand that the sofa is a strict no go. Every time she tries/attempt to go down stop her, by distracting her to a toy or something else. And if you miss it and she's under the sofa, get her out immediately. Regarding her biting the wood issue, she is teething (very common). Provide her with some chew toys and make her understand that it's okay to chew on her toys and not the sofa.

A good diet to feed them is using say a 1/4 of kibbles and the same amount of salt free green beans to help them lose weight be sure to get them to a vet say once a year

If any Beagles are skiny - that means they're emanciated by their owner and we should report those humans to RSPCA and Police for animal abuse.

Let's not go overboard. Police should not be used lightly and SPCA resources are stretched. Know the owner is being abusive before getting the law involved.

I get your point. But there are some beagles out there who are just too picky (hard to believe but true).
