Unless a comprehensive inventory was part of the Sales and Purchase agreement, a number of things which made the unit attractive can be removed. The main issue here isn't just the removal of the appliances and window treatments, but the removal left holes on the feature walls and wallpaper which weren't made good... hence the walls had to be gutted out also.

@@StackedHomes unfortunately it was advertised as a unit with $150K worth of renovations. Nevertheless, the price has gone up since purchase. Lessons learnt though.
