Ask Allah. Allāhumma lā saḥla illā ma ja`altahu saḥla wa anta taj`alu ‘l-ḥazna idhā shi'ta saḥla. O Allah, there is no ease other than what You make easy. If You please You ease sorrow. - Hisnul Muslim Allāhumma 'innī 'a`ūdhu bika mina ‘l-ḥammi wa ‘l-ḥuzn, wa ‘l-`ajzi wa ‘l-kasal, wa ‘l-bukhli wa ‘l-jubn, wa ḍala`id-dayn, wa ghalabatir-rijāl. Taking care of yourself helps you take care of others. One who doesn't have can't give. She mentions hadith of Abu Darda and Salman. when Salman said your Lord has a right on you, your body has a right on your, your family has a right on you, & so does your gues, give each their right. She says this is important so two spouses can show a strong front in front of their kids. 3. Make your home a source of peace. Says in San francisco, Muslim kids don't tell others they are Muslims. Strong family helps them to be strong on that and prevents mental health! 4. Open communication. brings up hadith of boy saying let me commit znuh, says if you react angry your parents will hide things, Prophet Muhammad peace and blessings be upon him spoke in a manner he could understand... if they don't talk to you the kids in school will teach them. 5. Show trusts, ... reply for indirect requests for attention. Bring up Hadith of Prophet Muhammad peace and blessings eb upon him asking a sabaha about his bird. a bint said I was abused, her mom said you lied. 6. Respect their self esteem. It's an emotional immune system. It was narrated that Ibn 'Umar said: "The Messenger of Allah said: 'Hasan and Husain will be the leaders of the youth of Paradise, and their father is better than them." - ibn Majah 118, Sunnah 7. Don't compare touch can be as effective as anti depressants 8. Teach them gratitude. 9. Get help if you need it! Hadith for every ailment there is a remedy. - bn Majah 3426, MEds, Tirmishi 2038, Meds, Bukhari meds 5678 (1st hadith) - other 2 hadith have more context.

Make your home a source of mercy peace tranquility security 4. Communication ( open and healthy one) react in a calm manner give full attention show trust 5. Build trust 6.protect our self self esteem encourage positive don't compare 7. Give them a sense of belonging 8. To nuture the spirituality teach them gratitude 9.get help if you need it

Ibn Abbaas (radiyallahu anhuma ajmain) has said: يمين الله في الأرض "The right hand of Allah on earth." This is a qualified statement. He has not said that the Black Stone is the right hand of Allah without any qualification. He has added the qualifying words, في الأرض "on earth" and obviously that makes the thing different. Ibn Abbaas (radiyallahu anhuma ajmain) has further said: فمن صافحه وقبله فكأنما صافح الله وقبل يمينه‏‏ "Whoever touches it or kisses it, it is as if he shakes hands with Allah or kisses His right hand."

Allah is great, you will get rid of your anxiety in shaa Allah, healing you from your troubles is easy for Him, but He wants you to get through this to make you stronger. Seek professional help if possible, other people have maybe gone trough similar anxieties but after seeking help they overcome it. you are not psychopath. Dont judge your feelings. It is oke to feel anything you are feeling now, but dont be controlled by them, just be the observer of your feelings, let yourself feel. Take a moment everyday to breath. Focus on your hearth while you are breathing, while say istighfar or hamdalah, feel it. It helps me a lot. I am not in an ideal family environment too. May God give you streght.
