Thanks for another informative video! I was wondering how banks decide what interest rate to offer for their fixed loans? They're all different and I'm confused.

Good question! The banks change the fixed rates outside of the cash rate and can change the fixed rates at anytime.

my fixed rate is now 3.99% and my variable rate is 3.20 so no choice need choose variable
