Everyone is focusing on Zomba's insane run, but nobody is paying attention to how insane Sonix's run was just because it wasn't a win and he plays Sonic. Sonix hasn't missed top 2 at a major since Smash Con in August. That's 6 months in a row with 2nd being his worst placement. Undoubtedly the best player at this moment in time
