Dude. Great swap. We have communicated on instagram a few times. I have the 3uz vvti swapped supra. Are you running the transmission emulator made by Yuri in Russia? If not, you are cheating yourself out of power. The emulator simulates the existence of the auto trans. Without it, the ecu detects an issue with the auto trans and will cut your hp to 250 and torque to 250. That's a 50 hp/tq drop. You wont notice it because the engine will still run perfectly smooth. I installed the emulator in my swap and the check engine lit cleared up and the power gain is very noticeable. I had to swap the 4.30 rear diff for a 3.90 diff because I couldn't make traction with the lower gear. The guy sells the emulator on facebook. He's in Russia but it only takes about 2 weeks to get the part. It's about $100 shipped.
