15yrs i took thyroid tablet and from 2022 i stopped without any doc recommendation, everybody was scaring me this is wrong you should not stop this but i am determined, never took again snd even doc recommended cholesterol tablet too but i didnot take, only take coriender seeds water and fruits and salad...everything is fine.

Enjoyed the talk. But would like to point out few things 1. Frozen shoulder is self limiting. A sensible Dr will also prescribe exercises. Some pt don't tolerate pain, they take pain killer. No one forces. 2. Arthritis- is not disease of bone as you said. Its inflammation of joints. Not every Arthritis produces deformity. So when you speak in public forum, be specific in using concept and terminology 3. Sinus- this are anatomical spaces in skull, not the disese. Inflammation of sinus spaces causes sinusitis, which is the disease. You missed on jalneti, which is v good for sinusitis. 4. Headache- its glad that you managed your Headache. But you never know, some Headache are due to SOL, like brain tumor. People who are inspired by such stories, do try to manage by home remedies, meanwhile tumor goes undetected. 5. When you talk about thyroid, what do mean exactly, hypoth, hyperth, thyroid inflammation or tumors. One treatment can not treat different conditions Everything has advantages and disadvantages. When we defame one stream, we should be cautious enough not to mislead people by partial knowledge. Health is a complex topic, requires lot of knowledge, experience and judgment

I am having Thyroid since 2015 and taking medicine too. Doctor of INMAS(DRDO specialized hospital for Thyroid) prescribed me 100 mcg medicine for one year even having less grade of thyroid. I asked doctor " Isn't it very strong medicine for very less grade of thyroid. He said " Thyroid ki medicine se koi marta nhi". Till now I am having 100 mcg. Consulted so many doctors but nobody allowed me to reduce the medicine as my body is habitual of taking this quantity etc. Whole story means I also want to stop my medicine. Pls advice.

Yes bhujangasan aur ustra asan se cough Sardi ko balance Kiya Jaa sakta hai. Aur yeh galaa ko thik karta hai. Mujhe cough ko problem hai. Toh ushe karna se balance rehti hai.
