Hamare yahan aur bhi 2 types ka kala chana banta hai - ek may pyaz-lasun-tamatar nahi dalta. Imli-gud-dessicated coconut, dry masale & dalchini, lavang, elaichi dalti hai. Tel bhi acche se dalta hai. Yeh Gujarati way hai. 2nd recipe Maharashtra ki hai. Yahan usey usal kehtey hain. Tel, masala, spicy. Aap ki tarah se he banate hain, bas usme Marathi goda masala & nariyal ka khees dalte hain. Generally tamatar nahi dalta ya bahut kam dalta hai. Usko pav ke sath khate Hain as a street food. 3rd - quick snack. Chaney boil kar le. Finely chopped fresh coriander leaves, onions, tomatoes, green chillies, pepper powder/chat masala, lemon juice daal kar bhel jaisa chatpata snack banaiye. Bacchon ke tiffin may bhi de sakte hain. Sath may boiled beetroot slices with chat masala de dijiye.
